“The Coach was comfortable according to the Residents. The Drivers were on time, well mannered, very helpful and professional; however 2 of them struggled to get on and off due to the height, a stool or mobile steps on board the coach would have been of great help and convenience. I also felt harassed with level of emails and phone calls regarding late payment.”

“Driver was very punctual and accommodating. Just get him to check the route before going next time. Slight wrong turning just before we got there, but overall very good.”
