“The coach arrived 20-30 minutes before our agreed time which meant it was ready as soon as we were, the journey to the destination was comfortable and simple and the return journey even better. Would definitely recommend and use again!”

“The driver took the money for a return journey then never collected us ! Basically stole money! We agreed a time for collection and he turned his phone off! We was left waiting for three hours trying to call him as he had all of the money for return trip!”

Dear Ella Many thanks for reviewing our service. We believe that it is worth explaining, from a second perspective, the events of the evening in question. On the Outwards Journey the driver in question politely explained that alcohol is illegal on all minibuses, as it is a form of public transport. One must see that, as this is an illegal activity, the driver became concerned when they continued to bring this onto the bus. In addition to this, the groups were standing up on the bus and “jumping around”. As the group refused to remove the alcohol, and became increasingly violent. No public transport worker should be subject to verbal abuse, let alone threats of physical violence. On the return leg of the journey the driver made numerous calls to yourself and received 'no answer' after waiting at the pick up location for over 45 mins he pulled off. “Wow, what a company! Immediate availability, we were about 35 people and booked the job at a few hours notice. The rates were also very competitive, did not feel the need to shop around. “Used Low Cost Coach Hire for airport run to and from Gatwick Airport. Good prompt service on outward trip. Return trip was problematic with a 2 hour flight delay caused by French air traffic controllers strike plus multi accidents on M25. Our driver was excellent trying to find alternate routes and getting us home as soon as possible. We will definitely book this company again.”

“Called on the morning I needed a coach as I was let down by another company they were amazing they turned up on time they let us take alcohol on the coach as it was a hen do the driver let us have the music load and got us to our destination in perfect time will defiantly be using this company again it was cheap but service was worth a lot more thank you so much amazing company”
