“I am posting this review here and hope that Lowes Corporate will see this and complement their employees. My husband and I went to Lowes at Waynesville, NC recently and we were so happy that Briona helps us at the credit card self-check out. She was very friendly and pleasant. We asked if she can help us checking out as we have applied for the Lowes credit card and have not yet received it. I showed her the email I have received and she said no problem and she proceed to help us checking out. When came to the final totaling our whole cart we were expecting to receive 5% discount but the self-check register will not provide such an option. She went to the supervisor Ethan and was scanned in a store bar code which allow us the discount. Ethan said today was Briona first day and I thought her performance was outstanding and she was wonderful. Following week, we were at Lowes again. Checking out a full cart of things we need at the credit card self-check out again. Here comes Briona, she recognized us and proceed to help us checking out. We were so please we have her in helping us at the checkout stand. We were so delighted and wished that each time we shop at this branch of Lowes, we will see her. We find her, an awesome, cheerful and helpful employee. She is a champion !!! a key asset to Lowes. We were unable to do the survey at www.lowes.com/survey as the receipt seem to have a missing digit that did not print from the id #. We are so disappointed and an employee review/feedback is not able to share due to the monthly winner drawing! and Lowes website does not provide an freeform feedback to compliment an employee in the “Contact US” section like majority of the company website!!!”

“By exhibiting true customer service through a manager (Francine Howard )when I was dealing with a sultry employee. She stepped right up and did the right thing even as the other employee was, not only, disrespecting her but being rude to me. The restraint I saw in Ms. Howard was a breath of fresh air in todays world. Perhaps I should suggest someone rush out right now to get a sweater to place around her shoulders so she never misses a day of work. She is a trues gemstone for your company. Keep Her!!!!!”

“I’ve moved into a new apartment and needed a washer and dryer so I turned to LOWES in Easley SC. And I’m so thankful I did. I bought a washer and dryer (LG) that are wonderful. And the best part they were cheaper than a pair I had found on their website. Now, moving into a new place can be stressful especially when everything is being delivered. Well my washer and dryer were delivered as scheduled by two of the nicest young men you will ever meet. John and Jose’ were right on time and as careful as if it was their own purchase and their own place. They had them in and set up before I could turn around. Awesome delivery men👍👍👍 Thank you Lowe’s for great appliances and awesome delivery guys to take care of me.”

“First time I went to Lowes Garden City NY. I was previously a Home Depot regular. I was so pleasantly surpised how orderly everything was. What really surprised me was the cleanliness of the mens bathroom. Even though there are a bunch of Home Depots closer to my house, I will drive the extra 12 miles to Lowes since it is so much more pleasant.”

“Devon in appliances at The Lowe’s in east Wichita ,ks is the best! After a very frustrating experience elsewhere, he very patiently helped me to get my dishwasher ordered and installation / haul away set up! Thank you, Devon so very much! Also praises to the company they contracted with to do the installing ! Logan from Charles installations was very fast and efficient and answered all my questions! Thank you Lowe’s East Wichita for making something that had previously been frustrating with three attempts elsewhere to get our dishwasher fixed, into a pleasant outcome! Monique”

“Today my husband and I visited the Lowe's on Seaboard Street in Myrtle Beach, SC. We met with the most fantastic every sales associate, Sabrina. This person brought smiles to our faces. She was knowledgeable about plants and trees, able to view our photos and identify issue with our current tree and make recommendations as to what plants/ trees would work best for us. This is the best salesperson we have met in Myrtle Beach. Thanks, Lowe's for having such a gifted employee.”

“My wife and I were having a problem with her brother who is having some issues with his mental health. He would come into Lowes and spend hundreds of dollars and never use or open the products that were bought over a period of time. We took many of the items back to store #2854 to see if we could return the items that were unopened and spoke to service representative Lexi on 3-24-2023. We explained the situation to her and she understood the issue and worked for a long time to help us get his money back in form of a credit. She went above and beyond what some would have done and we wanted to thank her for her kindness and help.”

“This review is for the employees at Lowes at the Heidelburg PA store, I’m in this store about 4 times a week, the employees are always offering their assistance for help in any way. This store does not deserve any bad reviews on their employees as I have dealt with most all of them, always ready to help and friendly, went out of their way to help me recover my cell phone. I am not a person who writes reviews but I’m tired of people bashing other people especially ones that are working. If you talk to people with respect you will get it in return, but sometime the problem is no further than the mirror. Take a deep breath and move on.”

“Roger E. Casa Grande, AZ First off, after entering into a contract with LOWES for new bedroom carpet , and then learning our installation will be by Eclipse Flooring. We found ourselves to be horrified to see the terrible reviews on them at Yelp! My god!, what have we gotten ourselves into, and so many Bad Reviews!! I am glad to report, it was a wonderful experience for us. From purchase to installation only three weeks, unbelievable! The communication was excellent , every step of the way. Eric, Flooring Dept, at LOWES Casa Grande , was very knowledgeable, and we had no trouble getting the exact carpet/pad we wanted. He answered all our questions. Erica & Kelli, LOWES , kept us informed of our progress . Melanie, at Eclipse, had the measuring person set up and he was here a few days later. And when the carpet came in she came thru with an early installation date, and sent over Ithan, the installer. He did just an excellent job on the installation, and there was no clean-up, when he left! he even vacuumed the new rug. We got the quality we wanted, a perfect match to what we ordered, for PRICE WE WERE QUOTED. I can't say anything bad about the LOWES Carpet Dept, Casa Grande, OR ECLIPESE FLOORING, Phoenix , our experience was wonderful, and would highly recommend them . LOWES STAINMASTER NYLON CARPET”

“I was encouraged by my girlfriend to visit the Causeway Lowe’s in Branson as she loves that store. I visited on February 12th, 2023 & I was extremely pleased. The store was very organized and pleasing to the eye. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve Savory. Could not locate the location that had kick plates and he graciously took me to the aisle. I had questions regarding the kick plates and additional items I would need for re-doing my patio. He was very knowledgeable, patient, informative & helpful. I was very impressed how polite and courteous he was and he helped with placing the items in my cart & the items were purchased by my friend Ricardo Haughton which was a surprise & wonderfully appreciated. Keep up the good work Steve. You are an asset to Lowe’s”

“Workers helped me find the products that I wanted. My list included items in three different categories. When the woman who was helping me didn’t know an answer to my question, she asked someone else. Everyone was polite and made me feel welcomed in every way. Especially one worker in Newberry South Carolina named Connie.”

“I purchased a refrigerator a couple of weeks ago that had a dent in the side. Allison was absolutely amazing- kind, understanding, and super helpful. “My husband put in an order for me to pick up at the Lowe's on Broad St. in Brooksville. The website showed that they had more than enough to fill the order, but it didn't. So, I had to another store. I went to the one on Commercial Way. Rebecca at customer service was the best customer service employee I've ever had! Kind, efficient and quick. She sent me back to flooring to pick up my order. I found Andrew in flooring and met another great employee! It was such a pleasure to have an employee not running and hiding from work! He loaded up my cart but was one piece short. I was expecting that he would just credit me back for that one piece, but to my surprise he hunted another one down! Then I went outside and that's where I ran into Mason who was walking by. I asked him for help, and he graciously stopped what he was doing and loaded up my van. These people were the best employees I've ever come across around my area and I can't tell you how grateful I was for all three of them. Thank you for hiring such great people! I have a lot more work to do around my home and I'm looking forward to shopping there again! I was going to give you a 4-star rating because of the other store on Broad Street, but I just couldn't because of the excellent care I had at Commerical Way.”
