I had the pleasure of meeting Rose in the paint dept store#0186 10303 South Mall Dr BR,La 70809. I had to paint portions of my ceiling. I had no idea there is a white ceiling paint! Not knowing this, I scraped paint from ceiling for a sample. Got to lowes and met Rose! She quickly educated me on white ceiling paint! We both had a great laugh! Rose was an amazing person with a huge smile! Very knowledgable and I consider Rose an asset to the Lowes family! Great job Rose! Karen Mayeaux Hill

I had an excellent experience with a young lady named Shanteria When I picked up my two Aloe Vera plants, on July 23 2024. There was no wait and no fuss, and she was extremely pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Hello, on the 12th I had a problem getting warranty service on a covered product purchased from Lowes, The warranty company directed me to customer service at the Lowes on Western Blvd, in Jacksonville NC. I then proceeded to the store with my receipt and spoke with BRANDI in customer service, She went out of her way to get with the Lowes warranty department on the phone and get the issue resolved. ( they were stating they could not find my warranty) I as well as Brandi found it odd that I was directed to the store, regardless she got the issue squared away. Thanks Brandi for all you do and Thanks for getting my issue resolved, I have since purchased a new over the range Microwave, Your professionalism and diligence was greatly appreciated and were an outstanding example of what customer service is. Thanks again Brandi, JOB WELL DONE

Ordered a Karran Black Quartz Double Kitchen sink from Lowe’s and it is beautiful in my new kitchen. Would highly recommend this sink.

I ordered from Sears online. Waited two months for delivery. Cancelled. Bought from Home Depot. Waited three weeks. Cancelled. Bought from Lowe's. Next day delivery on time.

Had never bought anything from them before but ordered online a new push mower like the one I have. Got mine working ok so wanted to cancel order that was in transit shipping. Called customer service twice about it. Both times customer service was superior. Very helpful and walked me through my options to get new one returned FedEx and get my credit card reimbursed. I don’t believe I’ve had better customer service and helpful people with any other company.

I went to Lowe’s on 133rd and state line yesterday and went in the contractor’s door. Curtis asked if I was looking for something and I said yes a cart. He not only said they were outside but went and got me one!!! Great employee!! Great service!!

The fantastic employees at my store in Mechanicsburg. I have been dealing there since I moved here and built my new home. The girls at the customer service desk go out of their way to help you. They are so knowledgeable and friendly in particular. Melissa T, Mason and Pam. It is a pleasure to shop the store. The employees are so knowledgeable and I have never been disappointed. Lowe’s in Rocky Mount NC. The absolute amazing supervisor and two employees went above and beyond their duty to help me to get a patio table. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much for your help and customer service.

I was able to purchase the refrigerator online and they delivered early the very next day. The delivery person was very nice and knew his stuff. The two men were in and out of here in a flash and my new fridge is wonderful.

We purchased 3 new appliances from Lufkin Tx Lowe’s. On the delivery date due I had an email from the Alexandria La. Lowe’s that my order was loaded and on the way. The driver called me and was 20 minutes away. Cristian, the driver, was efficient, knowledgeable and really nice, courteous guy. He asked me to come out and look at the freezer. Door hinge at top was broken somehow. He called his dispatcher and they said return it and they would start getting us a.new replacement. Best professional delivery persons ever! Highly rated and yes, Lowe’s and Christian are also highly recommended.

Lowes in Hanover Pa. manager Wayne is the Best! We went in looking for a riding mower and he helped us with getting one and tipped us on how to use it and what fluids to put in it. He was Great! Customer service Charlotte - abermale road) was good, price point for a new glass cooktop was actually better than the one I had, delivery service was good and at a decent time. Delivery guys Riki and Rafael made sure they didn’t scratch my floors, hooked up the stove, checked for leveling, and working before leaving.

We had the BEST customer service at the Lowes store #1798 in Wake Forest NC Galaxy drive. The man who helped us with bathroom Fans was named MIKE (Millwork) He spent about an hour with us and was extremely knowledgeable and very patient answering all our questions. This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced and it def makes me want to shop at THIS location again. Thank you Mike!!
