I received a full refund for the bag, I would hesitate to buy something again due to lack of trust because they require you to have a security band on the product when you return it but my product came without the secure band— but they did refund me fully for it.

Lozuri’s website is very easy to navigate. Purchasing is also quite convenient. The only downside is their return policy. The refund doesn’t take a lot of time but they deduct a lot from your refund lowkey forcing you to keep an item. They deduct the duties and taxes from your refund as well as a 5% service fee. Although they offer good prices MAKE SURE TO BE ABSOLUTELY sure before purchasing.

I love my Fendi pouch! However, it had a small scratch on the frame of it. When I called to return I was offered money to keep it, but I opt to return. Annaly handled my return from beginning to end! My refund was processed in a timely manner and I greatly appreciate it. Because my return was handled with care I will be ordering again!
