“Recently made a purchase and even with the current situation, I still received my package in a timely manner. I’ve never had an issue with Lucky’s service and I really love the discounts. Waiting on an item that was back ordered. It was already shipped so I expect it soon. I really love the variety that Lucky has and again the prices are usually better than most. I get a lot of my organic products here and I love it. Thanks Lucky! Thank you to all the employees working overtime and extra to make sure packages are sanitized and shipped. One love!”

“I am very happy to get my supplements from you. Always very pleased with products from you. The only issue I have is FedEx. They never get products to me as I am told. When my order gets to the hub near Seattle it sits there for 2 days only to be transferred to USPS. It would be be nice to either use strait USPS or UPS. FedEX has lost my products in the past and also delivered to wrong address twice. Good thing I have great neighbors two streets away. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars. Your staff is the greatest. Always so nice to speak with.”

“Great experience! Website is easy to navigate, and order from. Free shipping with a very reasonable $49+ purchase. I received my items in an appropriate amount of time;especially considering the higher than usual demand, and the items were neatly packed, and protected with bubble wrap. I will definitely order from Lucky Vitamin again, and would highly recommend!”

“You Are A Great company. I will always purchase the same Thayer Slippery Elm Lozenges sugar free 100 throat lozenges natural flavor original whenever I need a refill. Also, In the past I would go to Whole Foods and it was very reality on their shelf. When I asked if I could order it, customer service always said NO’ I would have to keep coming to the store to see if it was on the shelf. Really!!! So, that is when I saw your sign & the clerk at the desk gladly took my order, and your tracking advice on your website was correct as to the arrival date!! Thank you.”

“I received my red rice yeast In a Timely manner and they were delivered with no problem at all. I got periodic updates that were very helpful. I didn’t know Lucky Vitamin was a family Business.
