“This is my first time ordering from this site and everything went well except my order arrived short of qty one and I believe I depleted the stock (ordered qty 36 bars of soap). But it's OK, I'm happy to find my items here as it is HTF at the moment. I emailed customer service and they issued me a refund the next a.m. without any question asked. Definitely recommend and will reorder again.”

“Lucky Vitamin always has very good prices when I'm checking all the different places to order my vitamins. I always enjoy the coupons I receive in the mail after purchasing from them. It's also nice to know that your able to talk to representatives about their products.”

“Placed a over $500 order on multiple products and was really y pleased with the selection available as I browsed, the prices and the speed of shipping. I am taking one star away because the lucky vitamin point system and the membership you can buy is confusing. Otherwise pleased with what I ordered🙂”

“Expensive, took a long time to get here, customer interaction is overly automated, appears like some one is on top of things, but “the lights are on and nobody’s home”, ridiculous amount of packaging. Not an environmentally friendly way to go. Product itself seems good. Need to just sell it in stores and forgo the crazy shipping.”

“I order a lot of vitamins. Some come the next day; some in two days, from Wis. Esp living in a very hot place, I don't like the products to be in a hot truck for long. I thought this was slow, coming from Ohio. Also, I get better discounts all the time from other companies. Limited income; we have to watch the pennies.”
