“There’s no way to cancel an order. The website says it has to be within 15 minutes before it goes to processing state but before being processed there’s no email confirmation nor does it show up on the website. Customer service isn’t available during that time. There’s no room for orders made by mistake and to return there’s a hefty charge of shipping.”

“As a first time buyer from lucky vitamin, I will day I'm impressed with their customer service, shipping, and quality products. I only gave four stars as there are a few items I would like lucky vitamin to offer. I will use lucky vitamin again, and I've told all my friends and family about the great customer service provided by lucky vitamin. I'm glad I found this gem!”

“This place is AWFUL. They did not fulfill my order, 2 boxes of detergent leaked SIGNIFICANTLY all over my mail room due to poor packaging, and it's been nearly 12 days since I wrote to them - they are NOT contactable via phone. STAY FAR AWAY!”

“Lucky Vitamin sent some products by their mistake. They were on a subscription that had been cancelled. They even agreed with me that they should not have been sent. They said I could return them after I received them and they'd refund my money, which is what I did. Now they say they haven't received them and have not refunded my money. I have tried to contact them many different ways. As far as I can tell, there is no way to speak to an actual person. They did respond to an email, finally, which is when they said they can't refund my money. So I've paid for products that I don't even have!!! Bad customer service in my opinion.”
