“I received all items ordered and I was notified when back ordered item was shipped also. The website clearly stated that at this time shipments may take longer, so I was not in a hurry . All went as expected and I would order again .”

“Ordered package, was given an out for delivery notice (from luckyvitamin, not the currier) waited outside for 4 hours that never came. Ellaine Garcing Was my sustainer service rep, and she was less than helpful. She told me to wait, never acknowledged that a mistake had been made or anything. Never shopping here again.”

“They had everything I was looking for. Even found a few items I didn't know I wanted till I saw them. Prices were great and love the free shipping. They did an awesome job packaging. I had one glass jar item and it was wrapped in a bubble pouch. Everything came in undamaged and as expected. Can't wait to order again. They had posted due to the Covid-19 situation that shipping might take longer but still got in about 7-8 days which was still fine by me since they had posted the notice.”

“I ordered on 4/26. Shipped on 4/30. Arrived today, 5/12. I had trouble confirming because the tracking number in my confirmation email was missing digits. But you know what has arrived? 5 separate SPAM emails from luckyvitamin. Including the one asking me to take a survey. Now, we're in a crisis, so I don't mind the slower delivery. But the bad tracking number is a problem, and the spam is unforgivable. Decent prices, and the product is one I am familiar with already. It was well-packaged. But C'mon, stop it with the spam. Plenty of places do good package and don't flood my inbox with time-wasting emails.”
