“Hi, I was really disappointed that my order took 10 days to be delivered. This is really unacceptable. Your cusomet service is also subpar. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes trying to find out about my order and finally gave up. I also noticed that your prices on individual Quest protein bars are not even close to being competitive. Over $3 for one bar and Walmart sells them for $1.98. I am very disappointed.”

“Ordered some comfort items for my dying Grandmother to help with her hospice care. It's been 12 days and items are still NOT delivered. Will NEVER place another order again. After 7 days of waiting I placed an order for these items with Vitacost and they got them there in 3 days!! Will stick to Vitacost!!!”

“I ordered two Jarro-Dophilus. My order and the packing slip said it would come with a cold pack. There wasn't a cold pack. When I talked to your service representative on the phone, her attitiude was too bad too sad but you're stuck with the product and can't return it even if the cold pack wasn't there. It was cold when it left the manufacturer. I'm disappointed that you make promises that aren't kept and your representatives don't care.”

“I found lucky vitamin when I was searching for a good price on a Four Sigmatic product. I was excited to see that they had a lot of products that I was interested in at a great price point. I love finding organic, vegan, and earth friendly products. I suppose delivery took about a week, but that was fine with me. I will be ordering from Lucky Vitamin again!”

“Ordered peanutbutter twice from walmart and it came open both times. The second was broken to bits(glass) and peanutbutter everywhere. PERFECT transaction and shipping from Lucky Vitamin!!! Thank you so much for being responsible and caring about your customers. I WILL order from you again.”

“The company is terrible - they offer GREAT specials, spend 79$ and get a great item for free - however, they never actually honor the special. I placed an order an hour after I got the email offer, and they said they "ran out of" the item already at that point. I tried to chat with them on a number of occasions, and couldn't connect with them. They gave me a coupon code to use as a courtesy - but it never worked. Stick with Vitacost, they honor their specials!”
