“Prices are good but they do fluctuate. They do offer free shipping but it can take 7+ days.”

“Got what I wanted at a good price but took 13 days from order to delivery. Don't know if it was your fault or possibly USPS slowness from weather or what but basically happy. Thanks”

“Pros: The order and process worked out well. Was nice to see the ingredients label properly pictured, which is not available on many online stores. Trying a new brand this time based on reviews and so far looks good. Cons: 1st order got cancelled for some payment decline, but happened to reorder with same card again and it went through, weird. Standard shipping service costs $5.95 and still takes 5 days or more to arrive. Not good for the price.”

“The site is easy to use and I found what I was looking for at better prices than Amazon. I was able to avoid shipping expense by meeting the minimum order. I was a little disappointed in the long delivery time (2 weeks). One item was back ordered and I didn’t receive shipment for almost a month after the order. Communication on when to expect my packages wasn’t a bit lacking also, but I do realize I comparing this company to Amazon which may not be entirely fair! All things considered, I am excited about this company. A couple of the items I purchased I can’t find anywhere but on this site, so KUDOS to you and keep up the great work!”

“My products arrived the next week after I ordered them in two separate boxes. One of them was completely crushed, but the contents were packed efficiently and in a Ziplock bag, so were not damaged by whatever leaked all over the Box. I was pleased that it smelled like Rose perfume and I enjoyed the aroma in my kitchen for days!”

“First Lucky has been on time with my orders over the past several years and only had 1 back order. 2. My last order had a back order and when the back order was sent it had the wrong product. It took 42 mins of hold time on my phone to get connected to customer service. Once connected the problem was solved right away. Even with this one problem I will still be getting my vitamins from "Lucky" and do recommend them.”

“Simple ordering and checkout process, delivery was a little slow (9 days), but the tracking was good. A bit more padding for my banana wave would have helped, (one of the cartons got a bit squashed and had to be consumed quickly.) But overall, very happy with the service. Thank you 😊”
