“When I bought your product it didn't warn me that if using a blood thinner I cannot take your product, so I'm out a lot of money for a product I cannot use.”

“The site is easy to use and I found what I was looking for at better prices than Amazon. I was able to avoid shipping expense by meeting the minimum order. I was a little disappointed in the long delivery time (2 weeks). One item was back ordered and I didn’t receive shipment for almost a month after the order. Communication on when to expect my packages wasn’t a bit lacking also, but I do realize I comparing this company to Amazon which may not be entirely fair! All things considered, I am excited about this company. A couple of the items I purchased I can’t find anywhere but on this site, so KUDOS to you and keep up the great work!”

“I have NEVER had a single issue with any of my orders. Even if something was back ordered, it always came to me once it was in stock. If I have had questions or concerns about products, the kind, courteous, educated, and informative employees have always been available to answer and support my concerns. I would have nor have I had any problems recommending Lucky to friends and family. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to tell my experiences.”

“My package never arrived. But I call and they had me waiting 40 min 😓 they did help! Me. but I try to make another order and try to save on shipping and they say no😢did not make a new order. So now I am here still waiting for the first order🤦🏻‍♀️ Is not what I expected from lucky vitamin.”

“My products arrived the next week after I ordered them in two separate boxes. One of them was completely crushed, but the contents were packed efficiently and in a Ziplock bag, so were not damaged by whatever leaked all over the Box. I was pleased that it smelled like Rose perfume and I enjoyed the aroma in my kitchen for days!”

“Products arrived as ordered. Slow to fill order, slow to ship product. Website claimed same day shipping and 1-3 days for delivery. Didn't ship for 3-4 days then another 7-8 shipping. If I had know it would take two weeks to fill I wouldnt have placed an order with them, and I wont be a repeat customer. Try e-vitamin instead.”

“First Lucky has been on time with my orders over the past several years and only had 1 back order. 2. My last order had a back order and when the back order was sent it had the wrong product. It took 42 mins of hold time on my phone to get connected to customer service. Once connected the problem was solved right away. Even with this one problem I will still be getting my vitamins from "Lucky" and do recommend them.”

“My husband has a petroleum allergy. So most lip stuff causes him to have a reaction. We've been buying lip trip from lucky vitamin for years. It was recommended by his physician and does the trick. He works outside in all kinds of weather,so the spf helps when it's sunny plus it keeps his lips from drying out. It is available at our local health food store but price and delivery @lucky vitamin for me is more convenient. Thanks :)”
