“Very fast and a good price on an item that is becoming hard to get. The only thing I didn't like is that orders default to autoship and it took me a minute to see how to do a one-time order. Fedex left the box uncovered out in the rain when we have a covered porch. They also leave other boxes blocking the front door where we can fall over them coming out. We're pursuing that with them.”

“I ordered enzymes through Lucky Vitamin because they were slightly cheaper than anywhere else and offered free shipping. I figured that, with the price and free shipping, my order would be shipped by the slowest and cheapest carrier. Imagine my surprise when my order came within 5 days! Great service! Will use this provider again!”

“Ordering was easy. Price was right. Although my order was backordered, it would have been good to know that there weren't enough items at the time I placed the order. But LV kept in touch and kept me advised of status and I eventually received the items. Very pleased with the product I received.”

“I could never talk to a live voice, when called. I called 3 times and got a recording every time and I finally decided to chat with no positive results. Your delivery service is too slow. I was not happy with your company. There are so many great companies that I will buy from in the future out there.”

“Lucky Vitamin offers products I purchase. Good prices. Good selections overall. My only drawback is the delivery time, over a week. So not good if you need product or have concerns about weather on not. Perhaps it is because I am in AZ, far away. That is the reason I don't order very often, but think the company is good.”
