“Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat. In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!”

“Web-site is USER FRIENDLY!!!! It's straight forward and check out is easy. Their prices are usually the best of the five sites I check before ordering supplements. I've had to return only one item in all my time ordering and that was done with NO hassle.”

“Account #: LV49988557 Order #: LV18143614 Order Date: 6/25/2020 today is 27/07/2020 and there is still no order delivered. I write 3 times to the shop to find out there is my order and when it will be delivered. but theu just didn't answer my messages! I dont know how to return the money!”

“It's funny that I would receive this now, which means whoever sent it, didn't pay attention to shipping. I was supposed to receive the order on 7/24/20; however, it will not arrive until the 28th; so, I'm told. My thoughts, seems every one is taking advantage of the fake pandemic. I will be more sympathetic when the real one hits.”

“I have given business to Lucky Vitamin for years - and as of now NEVER will again. In short: placed an order in mid-March, securing an excellent price (using coupon codes, etc.) for 10 bottles of a product. It was backordered. I had no problem with this and was happy to leave the order open until they were able to fill it. After two months THEY cancelled the order. I have tried EVERY WHICH WAY to get them to reinstate it and honor the order and price (now that they have it back in stock.) Chat, e-mail through their site, and NUMEROUS phone calls where you can ONLY leave a message - and NEVER a response. Finally though chat, I was able to get the rep to have someone call me. Bottom-line: they flat out REFUSE to reinstate the order and honor the price. Would give NO stars, if I could! NOT so Lucky Vitamin, as it turns out!”
