“There we a lot of problems that did ultimately get resolved, but I had to go over the Supervisor to a Manager in order to get resolution. That should not have been needed. Additionally I believe I had to call approximately 3-5 different times in order to get everything resolved and each time I was approximately 20 min up to over an hour just to get through to a customer service associate. That timeframe just to reach customer service is completely rediculous. It truly was a frustrating experience. The only reason there are any stars listed above is because the customer service workers were very kind and did what they could. The manager was also helpful although never thought it important enough to actually take my call, only messaged and worked though the workers. The Supervisor was of Zero help or customer service.”

“Received my order promptly. I bought shampoo and conditioner which was saran wrapped to prevent leakage. Items were less expensive than other websites. Will definately order in the future!”

“You sent me a lot toothpaste sample and I'm allergic to fragrances and odors and my product reeked of mint and I had to put in a previous bag and box. I also have sent 2 messages regarding this to customer service and haven't received a reply yet.”

“I've called FOUR times, been put on hold, left a message, told I had to wait. I had canceled my autoship temporarily (i have too many), but a known glitch in your system (i was told), didn't reduce it. I can't go to the post office to return, so I need ups or someone to pick up. I'm at wit's end after being a customer for a long time and you won't help me. scott.rosenberg@outlook.com”

“I have orderedpriducts from Lucky Vitamins several times now. I haven't had any problems with any of my orders. Received them in a acceptable period if time, anf the correct items were shipped and received. I also received a dicount coupon with each order for my next order that doesn't expire immediately.
