“I hav certain products that I always buy from this company because of the good pricing. I especially lov their sales and that’s when I stock up! So far, I’ve never had an order problem whatsoever. In todays world; that is often times rare. Also they are vey helpful if u hav any questions as I usually do👍😊”

“You had the product I was looking for. It’s been a while, but I think it was Aller Ease, by Buried Treasure. It’s an excellent product. I don’t think Anyone has it in Stock now, not even Buried Treasure. I wish you had more in stock. Thank you!”

“I was worried at first because of a lot of terrible reviews. But everything turned out perfect. The explanation for bad reviews is that ecommerce is always a risk, especially due to delivery problems. I unserstand some people are very angry not to receive their order without reimbursement, and so write very furious comments. But this company does approx. 2 millions shippings in a year. Suppose 2000 fail, its 0.1%, and its enough for people to be angry and explain some reviews. Still, the risk remain minimal, and unavoidable with ecommerce. Other companies dont get much better reviews, delivery entails problems.”

“Ordered 4 items on 5/2 of which 3 shipped and 1 item backordered (not a problem). It was my first order and I received 20% off, plus it exceeded $50, so I also received free shipping. On 5/5, LuckyVitamin cancelled my backordered item. I inquired as to why, and was informed that it was because it was backordered. I was told that it was now in stock and I would have to re-order it, pay full price, and pay for shipping since it was under the limit. The website states that back ordered items are shipped at "no extra cost". I emailed multiple times for help and only received a $5 off coupon. My original order was not honored. Very dissatisfied, as this was my first order and was hoping I had found a good source of healthy products. Website: https://www.luckyvitamin.com/t-customer-support "we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered items as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you." This definitely did not happen.”
