“Recently too many items were out-of-stock. As of late, most of my regular items are no longer available. Both scenarios force me to order from other entities i.e. Amazon, etc. which is rather inconvenient. I like one-stop shopping and Lucky Vitamin has lost that. Not as much selection on items either.”

“For many years I've all enjoyed LV. Recommended to friends and acquaintances all the time. But, these past 3 months not do much. 2 orders not received, yesterday they came together. Urggg. Means my debit card got hit twice.”

“I agree with other reviewers that lucky vitamin is a great company, but their delivery times are not only long but uncertain. They give me a range of delivery of a week, and I didn’t receive it during that period. You have to do something to improve your delivery times or you will probably lose a lot of customers.”

“I used to be a huge fan and customer of lucky vitamin. Lucky had the best prices around. Nowadays they don’t. Sometimes they do-but not on a regular basis with most things. I can find good, and often better, prices elsewhere. All things being equal, though, the biggest issue with me is how long it takes for a shipment to arrive. The way things are these days, other shipments show up on my doorstep usually in 1 to 5 days. It takes a couple weeks to get a Lucky vitamin shipment. Therefore I am reluctant to order from Lucky vitamin because of the slow delivery times.”

“For at least 12 years I have ordered whatever supplements I needed easily, good prices, GREAT service, often with order shipped within a week. This last two orders, made within days of each other, - the first one took 3 months to arrive, the second one is not yet here. It has a liquid iron supplement, and I am thinking maybe the post office has decided to search the package. I don't know what has happened, but something is not okay. I am hoping Lucky Vitamin is back on track soon.”

“Lucky Vitamin delivered the product requested at great value. They communicated well, but on this order they changed supplier and it took much longer to get. They did let me know and followed up with updates of when. I will continue to order from Lucky Vitamin.”

“Love the products and prices. The free shipping however took 2 weeks and I’m in the lower 48. That is too long. Lucky Vitamin: please remedy.”

“Product back ordered for months...Sufficient notification from Lucky about back order status at first. I went to Lucky.com to see the product was available to new purchases so I called about my backorder which I think they forgot about. Product was shipped to me in a few days. I will not buy anything out of stock again.”

“Quality and prices are always great! Delivery is usually very quick. However my last order took a couple of months to complete, when I requested that they compensate me with a free extra bottle of Moringa. I was told it could not be done . I was a little surprised and disappointed. I will probably still order from Lucky Vitamin, but only if I can't get it elsewhere.”

“I placed my order on July 8 and received it July 17. I got what I ordered but it took so long to get it. I would order from you more often but each time I have ordered from you it takes much longer to receive the order than anyone else. Your prices are competitive, just need to improve on shipping time.”

“I order a lot of vitamins. Some come the next day; some in two days, from Wis. Esp living in a very hot place, I don't like the products to be in a hot truck for long. I thought this was slow, coming from Ohio. Also, I get better discounts all the time from other companies. Limited income; we have to watch the pennies.”

“Good products, good price. However, if I order outside of customer service hours, there's no way to cancel an order in time if I make a mistake with my order. Not happy about having to return an item and pay for return shipping because of this situation.”

“I received my order in a timely manner; however, the soap bottles came in a box and all of them unwrapped. This resulted in them rubbing on each other in transport and leaving colored marks/areas on bottles. I had to work on them to get the color off. All but one worked just fine. I would recommend that these individually be wrapped [as was done in another order off Amazon once].”
