“I had difficulty using the websit to place my order so I called. I politely worked with the associate who consistently sounded irritated that I didn’t have the catalog numbers available. When my order was completed I confronted her attitude which she denied,and HUNG UP ON ME! The products, delivery time, and pricing were otherwise fine. Just hope that you don’t call and get the same person that I encountered. I did call to complain and since they do record their calls I can only hope that she no longer works st Lucky Vitamin.”

“Been ordering from Lucky Vitamins for years. We always get the multi pac of vitamins. Great prices on them, and delivery time is bout four days. I live in . California . Keep up the great work!”

“It took so long to get my order I ordered somethings from "WISH" which is in China and that stuff got to me before my order from you guys. Your free delivery "SUCKS".. will be trying Vitacost or some other vitamin online store. Very disappointed......then on top of that you sent one of my products 2 days after that.”

“I had an issue with my shipment. The box opened and crushed several bottles of hand soap. I called customer service and they handled my call quickly and my replacement bottles were shipped the same day at no cost. Thank you, Laura”
