“Shipping speed was decent, took about a week so longer than Amazon but I'm pretty spoiled with prime two day shipping haha. One item was backordered and then I got an email saying it couldn't be delivered so they cancelled it. I talked to a representative about it, easy to get a hold of someone. No biggie, they said I could get free shipping on it if I called them once it was back in stock again. I've ordered from them maybe five times and no issues, a legit company that sometimes has better prices than others. Shop around :) Will order from them again.”

“PROS: * Alveta Hibiscus Tea is hard to find & Lucky Vitamin is the first (I know of) to get it back in stock. * They e mailed me it was back in stock so I could order it ASAP * They included a complimentary box of Celestial Seasonings Green Tea with mint. It's nice. CONS: * Lucky Vitamin will not ship to a PO Box (this is a bit of a problem for me because of issues with certain household members tampering with packages that arrive directly to my residence.) * Flavor of the Hibiscus tea wasn't up to par - not necessarily Lucky Vitamin's fault, but still a little disappointed. Overall, still pleased they have the Alveta brand Hibiscus tea available again & appreciative there's a "notify me when available" pop-up option so you know it's back in stock.”

“Had placed an order for the first time for (2) Sunwarrior - Plant based Collagen-500 Grams. It was a popular order since LuckyVitamin was out of stock on backorder. I received the order in about 3 weeks (do to backorder) but the order was short one container. I contacted the company thru the website live chat, it took awhile (perhaps being a Sunday) and gave my order # and item# that was missing, and the representative, 'Unique' was very kind and apologetic and promptly resolved the order problem to send the missing item. Love the products and promo deal that was offered at the time. Since mistakes happen and they promptly made it right, easily through Live Chat, I will order again in the future. “Placed a over $500 order on multiple products and was really y pleased with the selection available as I browsed, the prices and the speed of shipping. “I did have an issue with my order, but when I called to rectify the situation, it was handled efficiently, friendly and timely. It was a pleasure dealing with the operator who helped me. She made it her problem to fix the problem and she fixed it immediately and with no hesitation.”

“I Love doing business with you. You were always very dependable when I ordered from you on Amazon. SO that is why I wanted to order from you this time. The only reason I didn't give you a 5 star this time is because I ordered my items from you on the evening of April 10. You e-mailed me they were shipped and on the way April 11. I received them yesterday, April 20. I e-mailed you on April 18 about their delivery and was answered back very fast. Thank you for your fine service!”

“Overall a good experience, product arrived as described. Only issue was with the surprise email I received right after placing my order stating that I would be billed each month for an additional 5 month supply of product which makes absolutely no sense at all! I never authorized that during the online ordering process so I was not happy when I received that email. I took care of cancelling it myself after figuring out how to and also sent them an email which they did respond to promptly. All is good now.”

“I was able to find the brand of Chlorella I wanted; Now brand Chlorella. I was also able to find high quality fish oil. Prices were comparable to what I had been paying at my local neighborhood health/vitamin store, so good value.”

“I did review my order . It seemed the shipping took a long time. I can’t comment on the produce as I just began to try it . The taste is not bad at all. I’ve added it to pineapple juice. I hope to see really good results by adding this to my diet . Thank you .”
