“I received my order in a timely manner; however, the soap bottles came in a box and all of them unwrapped. This resulted in them rubbing on each other in transport and leaving colored marks/areas on bottles. I had to work on them to get the color off. All but one worked just fine. I would recommend that these individually be wrapped [as was done in another order off Amazon once].”

“I have ordered from Lucky Vitamin many times and have never been disappointed with the service I have received. My orders are received in a timely manner and the price is always cheaper than on other sites. I wish I was receiving better coupons for the items that I do buy and not just random stuff that I have no interest in?”

“I did have an issue with my order, but when I called to rectify the situation, it was handled efficiently, friendly and timely. It was a pleasure dealing with the operator who helped me. She made it her problem to fix the problem and she fixed it immediately and with no hesitation.”
