“Never received package. I live in a fairly large complex. FedEx(?) texted that delivery was on doorstep and left package that required no signature. I was home the whole time. And even saw the delivery truck leave. Checked my mailbox... nothing. This was Friday afternoon. Called our apartment renters office yesterday to see if someone brought package to them. No luck. So I believe FedEX delivered to wrong address. It happens occasionally. I've lived here almost 4 years. My room number is J J 207 and it gets confused with J 207 or T T 207... I don't think the delivery guys are paying attention.”

“Lucky vitamin stand by there word. I ordered dark chocolate with a ice pack and for whatever reason the ice pack was not included and the chocolate melted. After a short email explanation, they contacted me and immediately sent me a replacement order.”

“The worst service!! I email and wrote in about my purchase that I brought it was the wrong item!! No representative resolved the situation, matter of fact it's still in the box that it can in!!! still waiting to have return label !!!!!”

“I am still waiting on my order. Supposedly was shipped on the 7th of July, and I have not received it yet (today is July 16).
