“They have good, quality products from major manufacturers and their own high quality brand at competitive prices. Their website id fairly easy to use and ordering is easy- even can look at your order history and re-order items from this so you don't have to look them up/ search each time. Customer Service personnel are friendly and helpful. Orders are shipped correctly. Highly recommend Lucky Vitamin!”

“The products are good. The autoship program is very frustrating and difficult to edit or cancel. Sometimes the website doesn't work properly. Customer service isn't always knowledgeable or quick enough.”

“They had most of what I wanted, I did have to order elsewhere for zinc orotate, calcium orotate and potatssium orotate. Maybe you could carry these??”

“I'm glad to get all the different flavors of the Nature's Plus Spiru-tein powders. I used to be able to get those and their wafers at local stores, but they aren't available here in the last several years. The only thing I'd like to see is the banana, chocolate & strawberry wafers offered instead of just vanilla. I'm not sure why they aren't, maybe the company isn't making them anymore. Back in 1989, they were very convenient as you didn't have to add any liquid to them. I lost weight with the 6 of the wafers were only less than 200 calories. Great with coffee in the mornings!”

“Love your selection but the best before date should not have passed already on the food items. Emailed went unresponded to but Live chat was great! Although the item came with same best before date that was a month past.”

“I am 85 years old I have never taken med's and don't intend to . I feel great!! I have always raised most of my own food organically. Still have a very very small garden there's only me to care for it and eat it. I have ordered from you several times and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work.”

“Our order arrived on time and in great condition. It was fulfilled completely. Gave 4 stars due to short time for expiration on the Back 2 Nature Cheddar Crackers (Nov. 11). We will try to sell these in our vending business prior to their expiration, however, I guess we will have to order less more often. Thank you for your great service though.”

“In addition to having a great supply of quality supplements at good prices, customer service is right up there. I submitted a chat and made a phone call promptly after placing my order, because I had hit the submit order button before putting in my promo code. I never saw a prompt to add it. I never got a response to the call and it took several days to get a response to the chat (via email); however, soon after submitting the issue, I received a call. I assumed it was to deal with my issue, but it was a specialist asking if I could use assistance in selecting supplements in the future. I took the opportunity to let him know of my issue and he immediately resolved the issue and I got my refund. Thank you!”
