“For me the customer, all was great. For a business, you, the free samples could have fit in the main box with the order to save on your extra shipping expenses and 1 free item was back ordered, Why not just take it off? as I did not know about it, again to save on your shipping cost. I do not shop a lot and would like for you to stay in business longer by maximizing efficiency and minimizing your cost.”

“Received every thing(very recently)..Some time back there had been a problem with back orders so I stopped ordering produnts( think ther had been a problem with the vender?)...Glad it has been resolved ☺...Will order again.”

“I have no idea if I like these products from you as I still have not received mine. First I was told by Fed Ex that it would be on the 16th, then the 17th. Fed Ex came emailed me again and said it should be delivered to me on the 18th. It will be a total of 13 days from the time it shipped out from your company to get to me. When I found out how long it would take to get my order, I ended up having to go through amazon to order at least one of the products because I was running out. It did cost $2 more and I received it within 2 days. Which was completely worth it. I am sure your products may be wonderful. But, for the length of time it takes to receive them is not good.”

“Recently too many items were out-of-stock. As of late, most of my regular items are no longer available. Both scenarios force me to order from other entities i.e. Amazon, etc. which is rather inconvenient. I like one-stop shopping and Lucky Vitamin has lost that. Not as much selection on items either.”

“We placed our order Jan 2nd 9:30 am pst before your cut off time and you didn't ship the same day nor the next day. We recieved our order on Jan 13th and it showed all items in stock that we ordered. We usually order from Vitacost which has much faster free shipping with customer service reps you can call and speak to. Your customer service and response time is terrible...”

“Appreciate great selection of products, however, seems there are a lot of items that are on back order, no matter which type of product, or time of order - over 3 year customer, still getting orders one item at a time!”
