“This was the third time I have ordered a probiotic from Lucky Vitamin. The price is good, the product is excellent; however the product is supposed to be kept refrigerated for maximum benefits. It has never been even remotely cool when it has arrived. Unless this problem can be corrected, I will no longer be ordering from this company.”

“They advertise promo codes on their website. When you try to use them they do not work. I emailed them with that information and received no response.”

“I ordered probiotics that were supposed to be shipped cold and they forgot to include the ice pack in my order. I called and waited on the phone for 1/2 an hour to talk to someone. They had me return the package and put an order in for a new package. 2nd package arrived and I was missing 3 of my products this time. Called and told them to just reimburse the amount to my paypal account because I just wanted to be done with the order at this point. The lady this time offered a $10 coupon for next order, but at this point I don't care to order from the company anymore, so I politely told her no thank you, I would not be using it because I had no desire to buy from the company again.”
