“Prices are good. Delivery was delayed because of backorder. But, it came within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, one bottle of soap leaked. Hopefully, it will be replaced. I'll shop here again.”

“Lucky Vitamin used to be great! Customer service was great, you could order items they were selling and they were in stock, you got your package in a decent amount of time and everything was in your box. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY???? It seems a good majority of items are ALWAYS on back order and they do not know when they will come in (if ever), I received my order with someone else's invoice (had name and personal items ordered from Lucky Vitamin), and now most recently have been waiting on an order I put in almost a cpl months ago and it STILL has not been shipped. I have tried to be patient with other items I ordered in the past, ended up just cancelling because the Lucky Vitamin Representative could not tell me when they would come in but still insists they will eventually??? and STILL MONTHS later have no arrival date in sight. I do not think they should continue to sell items that are out of stock. Period. Especially when they do not have a clue when they will be in stock again. Customer service is going downhill with this company too. I guess I will have to start looking for a more reliable and STOCKED supplier. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING:(”

“Mostly everything is wrong!!! Broken chips. 6 bags of dark chocolate Adora all chalky and filmed and taste horrible-something is wrong with these!!! Already sent photo for chips and no response. Called, emailed and tried and chat, but no success with anybody.”

“Caution! The seller demanded payment outside amazon because they "miscalculated" the shipping costs. They refused to refund my purchase because supposedly my package was in transit. So, whatever you think you're paying this merchant, add 20% and expect to deal with delays (if you get your package at all), wasted time, and a saccharine customer service that will never rectify an error. They persisted in this behavior even after Amazon asked them to relent, which raises the question why they are still allowed to trade on their website.”

“Product back ordered for months...Sufficient notification from Lucky about back order status at first. I went to Lucky.com to see the product was available to new purchases so I called about my backorder which I think they forgot about. Product was shipped to me in a few days. I will not buy anything out of stock again.”
