The website has always been a challenge to accomplish the reason I logged in. Eventually, I get it done. It changes every time I log in.

When you email me 3 times to tell me that my auto ship is on the way, only to email me the day of delivery that it is backordered.

Love your products, availability, and prices. The only drawback is the last couple orders, while qualifying for free shipping, have taken more than two weeks to arrive. I guess I need to be better at ordering out far enough, so I don’t run out.

I've been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for about a year now, didn't have any issues, the products were good at a reasonable price. I recently ordered two 7lbs Now pea protein tubs and was very disappointed. It looked like the two tubs were used, it was all scratched up everywhere and didn't have the plastic seal on the cap like usual. It almost looked like Lucky Vitamin filled an old container with pea protein and sent it to me

I am a returning customer. I ordered i 3 items.I was charged for 3 items.I received 1 item to date.the other 2 items are on order.I have not received an update on my order

The only problem I had with the order is, I was charged for the cold pack and there was not one included.

This was the second time I ordered these products. First order never made it due to damaged package. LV did right by me and credited card once they received the returned box. Tried again and it arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately the shampoo in the box had leaked (even though it was in a plastic ziplock bag) onto other items in the box. I think this is a packaging issue as well as a shipping company (rough handling) problem. In the past I have had no issues with ordering from LV so this was totally unexpected and disappointing.

Order and delivery were good. I was disappointed in the gluten free pumpkin bread mix I ordered. It has no flavor - very bland. I was excited to find a gluten free bread mix, but sadly won't order it again.

Still waiting on the product to be delivered........ Hoping the cold pack works well, I ordered probiotics so I'm already questioning their potency since they left the warehouse so long ago.... Shipped 6/25 Still waiting 7/5

I want to give about a 2.5 star review, but it will not let me. The ordering process was smooth and the pricing was good, but the shipping took far longer than it should have, and once revived the box looks as if it had been poorly handled, it had a stain on the box as if something had leaked onto it as well. Once opened, the packaging was fine, and the bottle securely wrapped, but upon further inspection, the bottle had been cracked. It was not broken completely, but it was cracked enough that I switched containers just to be safe.

I have had fairly good customer service. Often times, what I order is in stock and arrives in a reasonable amount of time. However, I have had quite a few items on backorder, as well, some I wait so long for that the order ends up cancelled. I often order items that are supposed to come with an ice pack but these items only arrive with the ice pack about half of the time. When I contact customer service, they make it right (send a replacement) but I wish it were just correct to begin with. Prices for items are sometimes cheaper than I can find in the grocery store but often are a bit higher. I don't mind paying a bit more most of the time because it's getting delivered to my house vs. me having to go to the store. Sometimes prices are lower than the grocery store and many of the products I purchase through Lucky Vitamin can't be purchased in my local stores, so I am glad to have LV as an option for these cases!

Received my products, but they took a long time. An ice block was placed with them (probiotics) but was completely melted, and room temp by the time my package arrived.

I initially ordered this item that was backordered because the website stated the item would be back in stock in 3-5 days. Although it took almost 3 months to receive the item, I was glad to receive several emails updating nme of the changes/progress along the way. It arrived quickly and well protected once it was shipped.

Apparently I'm signed up for autoship, not sure how that happened. Also, I didn't receive part of my shipment, not sure if that's coming or I will get a giant auto ship order. But I have always appreciated their selection and service prior to this order.
