“Loyal customer of several years. Customer service has been responsive the few times I've needed it. Items arrive in good condition. Prices are good. Usually the lowest, always lower than health food store. Delivery is 1-2 weeks. Problems have only been with post office or FedEx. Good selection, but wish there was more supplements. Some things I still have to get on Amazon.”

“Great service on returns and refunds and I know they are trying to improve other areas!! They are always so helpful and pleasant to talk to. They have discontinued some of the products I always use. So I have not ordered as much. What I do order I wait until I have enough to meet free shipping. And I wish their shipping was faster.”

“There are some great prices and deals available! The shipping/delivery is great so far with only one package being slightly damaged, but that was Fedex’s fault. My main complaint is that they got one item in my order wrong and instead of receiving a case of 12, I received one single item, and then the process following to receive a refund was kind of ridiculous. I had to take pictures of multiple things and then a customer support manager was supposed to contact me in 24-48 hours. They never did, so after about a week I called back. Then they finally reimbursed me for the missing items, but didn’t offer to resend them. I was not especially happy with that process and I feel that they could work on their customer service support.”

“Good selection, relatively good prices, easy to use website. The only small issues with your coupons (not promotions like free shipping), I rarely able to use them. Ability to notify customer if missing product will be back in stock. However with very long delay. I receive notification like this only after I already ordered and received this product. I simply was in a hurry and checked website periodically.”

“This company is on the rebound in my estimation....Used to be delivery's were slow to arrive or most times merchandise was out of stock. They are getting better now as they told me they were making some changes. The last several orders were perfect, merchandise was in stock, 3 to 5 day shipping which is acceptable so keep up the good work. Will continue to use this company.”

“My first ordering experience with Lucky Vitamin was good overall. One of the glass bottles arrived broken but I contacted them, sent photos, and they offered to refund my money or resend the item. The bottle was replaced promptly. The customer service was friendly and prompt. I will order from them again.”
