Hi Hanna, thank you so much for your review. Pleased to hear you are enjoying it, with our products they may be more expensive, but we don't use any fillers to bulk out our products. Instead, we just use what the product is meant to be! As well as being Fair Trade and Organic, and for some of our products we are Ethical Best Buy (Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk, Creamed Coconut, and Soaps). Thank you again for such a great review. Daisy

“Amazing products! Have fallen in love with the spearmint and basil exfoliating soap! Have been using on my face (carefully so not to get in my eye) and it has cleared my skin up so so well! Absolutely never going back to any other soap! Great value for money, amazing delivery time! Ordered my things afternoon and the next day at 9:30 they were being delivered! Can not sing the praises high enough!”

“I have been shopping with Lucy Bee for over a year now and regularly put in a monthly order of coconut cream and cupboard staples and ordering the big tubs of coconut oil. Not once in this time have I ever received anything less than perfect service and products. Always a speedy delivery, no errors in my order, and great quality products each time. I cannot recommend purchasing from this incredible business enough. I am pleased to see their packaging is all eco friendly and recyclable too.”

“Very impressed with the omega oil I purchased - I can actually eat this straight off the spoon - always a good sign! No rancid taste/smell - very tasty - nutty and aromatic”

Hello, thank you so much for your review. Our Cinnamon is True Ceylon Cinnamon, whereas many cinnamons are derived from Cassia. True cinnamon has a much lighter flavour to it. Daisy

“Lucy your products are amazing! The coconut milk is so much nicer than anything I have tasted before; it is so creamy but doesn’t have the usual sugary taste you get from other brands! I’m not a huge milk fan but this is something I would easily drink as a soft drink. Would highly recommend the cocoa powder and its great to support a local business 🙌🏻”

As we just use coconut cream and coconut water, we don't need to add any sweeteners or sugar to flavour it. Thank you again so much. On sunny days as well, if you want a cool drink, blend some of the ice with coconut milk and cacao, it tastes amazing!

Our entire range of Soaps are free from palm oil and are traditionally made using 100% coconut oil, as well as being certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, COSMOS Organic and Fair Trade. “I ordered a case of coconut milk because it was on offer for £12 instead of £18. Even though it is a wonderful product I was disappointed to see the imminent expiry date when I received it. Just a few days later the offer is changed to buy one case and get one free (with explicit reference to the imminent expiry date). To say I feel duped is an understatement...”

Hi Sam, Really sorry that you feel this way and please be assured that we always aim to be as fair as possible with the offers that we run. When we ran the first promotion, the Best Before date was (and still is) on the product description as we always add this where there is a shorter BBE, which in this instance was all but 2 months. We realised that not everyone clicks on to the actual product and so could miss this information. This is why we then added this to the latest promotion info details when sent out - we like to be as open and honest as we can with customers. With regard to the offer itself, with the latest offer of 'buy one get one free' we were trying to be fair to customers as the Best Before date is now shorter (approx 7 weeks), though the Coconut milk is, of course, still absolutely fine. It is definitely not our intention to dupe customers and I apologise that you have felt this. Petrina

Hi Hilary, thank you for your review. I'm so happy to hear that you love the coconut milk, it's a huge hit in the office as well. The milk will last unopened out of the fridge until the best before date, and once opened 3-4 days stored in the fridge. On our shop, we do have the best before date for any products that have under 6-months shelf life, this can be found in the description of the product.

We're thrilled that you like our Soaps but are disappointed that you felt there was too much packaging with these. Like you, we aim to be as environmentally-friendly as possible and this includes the packing we use both for the product itself and when we send them out. Usually, our soap collection is sent in its presentation box, which is put into a card envelope/pouch to protect the product and if this wasn't the case here, please accept our apologies. The reason we don't send the collection straight out in the presentation box is that many customers purchase these as gifts and so we try to keep this in good condition. Petrina.
