“This coconut milk is unique in the market - when my local supermarket stopped stocking it, and instead was selling a load of inferior products (about 5% coconut with a load of fillers) I went online. Really pleased with swift delivery - one tip if you're buying in bulk is to purchase in multiples of six, then they come in a box, makes it much easier to store.”

Hi Kate, Thank you for your great feedback! Being 99.9% coconut is what makes our Coconut Milk different to others. I love that it's also Fair Trade, which means those farmers and workers who produce it benefit from the Fair Trade contributions - these have a big impact on their daily lives, supporting sustainable projects and such things as a feeding programme for undernourished children. We use UPS tracked delivery service so that both you and we can keep an eye on where your order is from the time it leaves our warehouse to arriving with you. “I've used Lucy Bee ever since I first heard of the brand through social media, it's been years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! From the Satchi Inchi Oil and Coconut Oil, to the skin care range (excited for the new set to launch today!) I can't get enough of these products. I LOVE the fact it's all sustainable, fair trade, organic and natural. Lucy's cacao is incredibly comforting as a hot chocolate and I love how soothing her bath salts are. These products really do work guys! Incredible team, Petrina always on hand to help, and I can't give them all enough credit for the service they provide. Lucy is always so down to earth and authentic, so refreshing. Highly recommend!! ♡”

“Great products & great ethics from a small but ever growing company. Just like companies selling vegan products used to be (such as Plamil) - until the big boys decided to cash in on 'vegans'! Fairtrade, Organic & palm oil free too - great - the best.”

“I really liked the look of this jumper when Lucy modelled it on her Insta Stories, but I was very disappointed with the quality of it. The fabric was very thin, nearly see through, and was made by a company called Fruit of the Loom who are not known for their quality. At least I am able to return it for a full refund although I do have to cover postage costs.”

As you’ve mentioned, this is from Fruit of the Loom , which we all love and we only stock products that our entire team use and love. As mentioned when you emailed in, we are very happy to refund you for this as we want you to be happy with our products. We always pay for returns postage if a product is faulty or if we’ve made an error but where it’s a case of ‘a change of heart’, unfortunately we’re unable to cover the returns postage and we’re not unusual in this. “Great coconut milk and coconut water. Arrived quickly, and both absolutely delicious :) Am also loving the coconut oil. I have Lucy's Beauty Book and it's been fab to make some of the natural recipes using the oil. Would definitely recommend these products and the website to others.”

“The cocnut milk and water came really quickly which was excellent. I'm still not convinced the milk is an alternative to cow milk for tea and coffee but it's a step in the right direction. Cutting down cow milk use anyway. I see that the coconuts come from The Phillipines; great for local farmers as I assume it is Fair Trade certified but the carbon footprint getting the product over to the UK must be huge.”

Hi Gareth, Thank you for your feedback and it's great to hear that you're happy with the service from us. Obviously taste is a very personal thing and while one person might love our Coconut Milk in tea and coffee, others will disagree. Being 99.9% coconut means this does have a coconut taste to it. I'm happy to confirm that this is certified Fair Trade and we mention on the carton how these contributions help the local community, families, workers and farmers who grow the coconuts. Fair Trade and its benefits is something that we are passionate about and Lucy has written a great blog about her trip to the Philippines where she saw first hand how the funds are used and making a positive difference to lives. The great thing with FairTSA, who certify our products, is that the funds are used for the benefit of the actual community and workers providing the goods. With regard to your thoughts on the carbon footprint, coconuts are not grown in the UK. Shipments of our products from the Philippines are streamlined in such as way as to be efficient and cost effective but unfortunately in the world that we live with the demand for products from around the world, there is not an easy solution to this. I assure you, however, that we do everything we can in other ways to be as eco-friendly as we can, from our packaging to ethical certifications of the product range. Take care, Petrina
