“Having made a mistake when I placed my order I contacted Lucy bee and spoke to a lovely lady called Petrina who couldn’t have been more helpful, she assured me that she would look into my error which she did very quickly and I received a email informing me it had all been rectified. I purchased the soaps as a gift for a relative so can’t comment on them myself but I am sure they will be beautiful”

“Ordering was really easy, arrived in good time and packaged more than adequately! Love the natural coconut oil, I actually bought it for my hair and it works a treat! Bought bath salts too but haven’t used them yet- have a friend who has though and looking forward to my relaxing bath! Thanks Lucy, will be using more of your items in the future :)”

“First shopped Lucy Bee way back at the start and still have my original jute tote! So lovely to see the company grow and expand and remain true to such great principles. Delivery time was great, packaging was minimal and all recyclable, products were incredible and it’s a pleasure to support a business like this. Thanks for all you do!”

“First purchase from Lucy Bee and I am not disappointed Packaging first class -and I’ve read all about the plastic feedback and look forward to future re-packaging The actual soap is a delight to use I have fully embraced going back to soap and now never buy plastic packaged shower gel products I shall definately be re-ordering when the time arrives and I really look forward to the launch of the skincare products Very speedy delivery too”
