“I’m still waiting for my order I have not received my exfoliating soap so I’m disappointed at the minute x”

Hi Victoria, I've emailed you advising the Post Office where your parcel is being held, after Parcel Force were unable to deliver this to you. A calling card should have been left by the courier and apologies on their behalf if this was not the case here. We only know if an order has not been delivered when the customer gets in touch with us so please do always contact us if you're expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived, so that we can look into it for you and see what's gone on. Like you, we want your order to get to you efficiently and we're always happy to investigate when things don't quite go as planned. This is also why we use a tracked service for our deliveries so that, in case a calling card is not left (the driver may unfortuntately have run out of cards on that journey), you can still track the progress of your order online with Parcel Force. “Coconut milk that actually tastes like real coconut. You’d probably never go back to drinking any other coconut milk. Delivery was quick and packaged very well.”

Hello, thank you for your review. With the soap and the plastic wrap it is to help protect the unique formulation of the soap, and protect the scent from the essential oils. Most soaps use palm oil as a base, however, as we use 100% coconut oil it means that it doesn't behave the same way as one using palm oil. With its better foaming and lathering qualities than soaps made with palm oil, this unique formula means the soap can sweat, which presents something of a challenge to us in storing it, hence the use of flow wrap. Please be assured that the packaging weight is minimised, we always aim to reduce our plastic use and we have just recently got a newly approved biodegradable wrap, which we will use in future production. “I recently purchased the 4 soaps and oh my they have not disappointed, as I knew they wouldn’t! My skin feels amazing, so soft and have a noticed a change in skin tone. I always use the LB coconut oil too. I absolutely love LB, such good quality products with such a beautiful ethic and morale behind it all. Roll on the launch of the skincare range next year!! Oh, and my little coconut soap dish is just a cute little vision in my bathroom ☺️”

“I had an amazing experience! The buy one get one free discount was fantastic and led me to my first Lucy Bee purchase. I only which I'd bought more. I was a little annoyed that the milk came in plastic, however, there was a note explaining that this is a requirement of the courier and not the company's choice. It's so inspiring to see a company acknowledge this!”

Our Coconut Milk is #1 Ethical Best Buy for Coconut Milks in the UK, as voted by Ethical Consumer Magazine, and we use 99.9% coconut, instead of having a low percentage of coconut and using fillers, water, and sweeteners instead. As you said the plastic is a requirement, as if anything does happen to the milks in transit it won't damage any other parcels. You can also find our milk in Asda and Morrisons. Daisy

“The spearmint, basil and clove exfoliating soap is my favourite! The soaps hold together really well, they don't break up, last ages, smell beautiful and best of all no palm oil is used. We're also on a mission in our household to use less plastic, and so will be using these soap bars moving forward! I have used a few Lucy Bee products including the coconut oil, cocoa powder, lip balm and scrub, coconut milk and more - all the products are of great quality and i love the company ethos. Keep doing what you're doing and looking forward to tyring out more Lucy Bee products!”

“Lovely smelling soaps and they lather so much in the shower. Makes me even happier that they do not contain palm oil. I also buy the coconut milk and coconut oil (which I use for my body, face and food) from this brand and I love the company’s ethos. Very happy customer :)”

“Oh my gosh....what an amazing taste and texture. I've tried various brands of coconut milk and always left with a vile watery mess. It's my first time trying this coconut milk, I use the coconut oil so thought I'd try more from the brand. As soon as you open and pour you know its quality, creamy and thick texture with a wonderful taste. Yes this what I've been looking for...don't bother with the rest...Lucy Bee is the best.”

With our coconut milk, because we use 99.9% coconut (coconut water and coconut cream) we get that creamy texture, instead of when you use water and small amounts of coconut, and bulk it with rice, fillers or sweeteners or sugar. Hi Ali, really sorry to hear you are not happy with the coconut milk. Compared to other coconut milk drinks on the market we use 99.9% coconut (coconut water and coconut cream), instead of adding fillers like rice, using plain water, or having to add sugars or sweeteners to add flavour and texture to the milk. Which means that it is a lot thicker than most on the market and not as watery. It is different from tinned coconut milk, as these use a much higher percentage of coconut cream (which is great for cooking, but not so great as a drink). Really sorry again, Daisy
