“Great company! Had a voucher for Xmas which I was going to spend on their skincare range, but they had to stop manufacture until end of this year. They offered a full refund of the voucher, but I spent it on some other products instead. There was a small hiccup on the delivery address which I emailed them about which was amended straightaway so it was delivered to the correct address. Had a lovely email from Hannah after my order was placed as well! I follow Lucy Bee on Instagram as well and they never fail to make me smile! A lovely, ethical, personal British company which I will continue to purchase from!”

“I've used these products for a few years now - and still love them! Very happy with the whole ordering and delivery process. I had a problem on the website, it was immediately resolved and followed up personally. Very fast delivery to France also!”

“I have tried a few Lucy Bee products and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fast and efficient delivery every time. I have tried the lip balms and scrub, soaps, coconut oil and coconut milk and all are very high quality and have really made a different in particular to my skin. I recently purchased the Natural Beauty book and it's fantastic, so many great things to try out.”

“I really love the passion that you have for the products you sell and for providing great service to your customers. I was really keen to try your coconut milk (which I loved) and when it came in the post so carefully wrapped and a note to say why you had used a plastic bag, it made me smile. Our Coconut Milk is 99.9% Coconut and has NO ADDED WATER or fillers, which means ours has a substantial differentiation from the rest of the market as we are the ONLY UK brand with no added water. “I absolutely love Lucy Bee products! I love the coconut oil for pretty much anything... I use it as an all body moisturiser as I have psoriasis. I use it to take my make up off as well, it’s great at getting all the dirt and product off but doesn’t leave your skin dry like face wipes etc... do! And of course, I cook with it too! The lip scrub is a great way to exfoliate your lips before bed!”

“Bought the green btl-trying to do my bit and reduce waste.btl is brill-love my water cold and it keeps it so cool 👍 also tried the soap-the spearmint exfoliating bar-it’s great to lather up and def finding it good on my skin.also got the omega 3 oil so using that.im vegetarian so hoping it will be a good addition.”

Morning, It's great to hear you are trying to reduce waste, we are very passionate about trying to minimise the use of plastic and doing what we can to help the environment, these water bottles are a great alternative. They keep your water nice and cold which keeps it nice and refreshing through out your day. The Spearmint and Basil soap is my personal favourite. It smells lovely and the Coconut Shell is great for exfoliating! It's also great to know that they have absolutely no palm oil in! The Sacha Inchi is also a great addition and just 1/2 tablespoon per day will provide you with your daily omega 3 ALA intake advised by the European Food Safety Authority. We have lots of tips on our website if you are unsure on how to use the products or if you are looking for some inspiration! I hope you enjoy your products and thank you for a great review! Hannah
