“I bought the creamed coconut for the first time and thought it the most delicious thing ever....consequently I ate way too much of it! I've calmed down now thankfully and enjoy it in moderation. The coconut oil is the best tasting ever...I might try the big tub next time!”

“Orders the 6 pack of coconut milk and the pack of soaps. Soaps loved them.kids love them too. Milk is awesome.i finely made the hot chocolate with the coconut milk and the drinking chocolate from Lucy bee. Loved it.i had to add a little sugar for my taste buds but over all perfect”

“Love the products have started using the soaps which smell amazing and lather up really well!! And they don’t dry out my skin the coconut milk is a must as it’s awesome never will I go worth anything else!!!”

“Received my 12 cartons of the coconut milk in good time however each one was shrink wrapped in swathes of plastic which is totally unnecessary. I'll purchase in store going forward as I'm not buying anything that is in plastic. Really disappointed considering what the brand represents”

HI Mel, Like you, we're not fans of plastic either and avoid it where we possibly can. The difficulty we have when sending out liquids, such as our Coconut Milk, is that we need to do everything we can to avoid damage to other items in an order (and other customers' orders) in the event that the item leaks during transit - with the best will in the world, items do sometimes get damaged during delivery. That said, we have recently managed to find a large plastic bag to place the cases of Coconut Milk in, rather than having to individually wrap the cartons, thus reducing the amount of plastic used. Please be assured that we continue to look for an alternative solution to this and in the meantime, we hope you understand why we need to pack in this way. Petrina

“Very happy with the lovely coconut oil and would definitely recommend your products to others - packaging excellent too! Sadly, I couldn't say the same about the delivery service. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and when I contacted the company for advice, by email, I didn't even receive a reply - very disappointing! Thankfully, the lady who had received my parcel rang me (my mobile number was shown on the parcel) and I was able to go and collect it from her, so all ended well. However, this does not reflect well on Lucy Bee. Kind regards Carolyn”

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear this. We use DPD tracked service for all of our deliveries and I can only apologise that you didn't experience the perfect service that we expect from our partners. I'm glad it all worked out in the end but appreciate that this is still not an ideal scenario. Petrina

Fair Trade is at the foundation of all that we do, helping to make a difference to the lives of those farmers and workers involved in growing and producing the products. We pay a 10% premium for their goods which is used to support fair wages, to fund sustainable community projects etc. Our Fair Trade also ensures workers all have contracts and are not exploited, in addition to receiving a fair price for their products. “I had planned to buy the £31 box of 4 soaps for my partner for Christmas, so when I saw the winter offer of soaps, bath salts and coconut oil for the same price on Instagram, I snapped it up! The products arrived on time, well packed, and I can’t wait to give him the soaps and bonus bath salts on Christmas Day (I’m already using the coconut oil!). Thanks Lucy Bee!”

“Enjoy Lucy Bee's choice of products - e.g. the "latte" with black pepper etc. already incorporated when in a hurry and also like the turmeric itself when not in a hurry - sometimes mix both!”
