“This was my first purchase from Lucy Bee, and I could not be happier! Order entry was easy, UPS shipment tracking (to the US) was a breeze, and my package arrived quickly. Most importantly, of course, the soaps I ordered were lovely. My favorite: Spearmint Exfoliating soap. Lucy Bee is great!”

“The service was second to none. From the moment my order was placed I was kept updated with when the delivery would be made. It was delivered within 24 hours and packaged really well and even a nice surprise of some cocoa powder to try as well. I will definitely be buying from you again.”

“The product is a gift for a friend. I hope she likes it. What I found odd was the ‘free gift’ of soon to be out of date stock. The delivery arrived the same month the free gift was due to expire. Surely this is just getting rid of dead stock...not really a gift. I’m not going to consume a whole box of turmeric in the next 3 weeks.”

We're really sorry that you feel this way about our free Turmeric Powder given to you. As you've quite rightly said, this has a Best Before date of the end of this year and because we have stock left, we thought it would be a nice gesture to give this to customers, rather than it be wasted. When a product has 'Best Before' this means that it can still be used after that date, though it is at its best quality-wise up to that date. This is opposed to a product which says 'Use By' and in that instance, the product should only be used until that date. Please be assured that our free gift wasn't intended to offend, and we'd hoped it would be received in the spirit in which it was given. Take care, Petrina

“I love the Lucy Bee products! Very trustworthy, and of a high quality. They are vegan, cruelty free, organic and so nice. I regularly buy the coconut milk, oil, cream for eating and cooking. I get the cacao powered and cinnamon to have in smoothies along with the coconut milk, delicious and I love knowing I’m using organic and vegan products (I’m not purely vegan, mainly plant based diet. The team are always a delight to deal with, and I just am so happy there is such a brand available in the UK.”

Hi, Thank you for your lovely review! Lucy has been volunteering at The Soup Kitchen in London where she met the artist of these Christmas cards, a 63 year old lady who sleeps rough in London train stations. 100% of the money from the sale of these cards will go to the artist to help get her into stable housing and off the streets for good! :)

“A very easy website to place your order. I love the Starseed Organic Raw Omega 3 Oil I was concerned that it would leave an oily taste in my mouth but it doesn't,there is a slight nutty flavour but the moment you swallow it the the taste disappears.”

Thank you for your great feedback. I love this vegan, omega oil straight from the spoon and also adding it to smoothies. It's also great that you don't have to take capsules. Something else that's different to other omega oils is that this can be used in light cooking up to 190C for 15 minutes. Once again, thank you for taking the time to review our Sacha Inchi Omega Oil.
