“Absolutely love all of the Lucy bee products. I use coconut oil in my cooking and recently used the creamed coconut in a home made curry and it tasted amazing!! Also recently tried the beauty products and they are so gentle but work brilliantly. My skin feels great”

“I am loving the face cream! I have been using it for about a week now, it absorbs really well and makes my skin feel super soft. I've had some acne scars on my chin and dry red skin on my forehead, and they have both really improved after just 1week. I'm so happy with this product, thank you Lucy Bee!!”

“Hi, whilst I love all of the products, I was a bit disappointed to open the face moisturiser to find it only 2/3 full. At £30 for the jar I would expect it to be full. Packaging and products all very nice otherwise. Thanks Hannah”

Hi Hannah, This is something we take very seriously. Could you please email info@lucybee.com and let us know the weight of your jar with the lid on. Also could you let us know if you have used any of the moisturiser please? Just to let you know that, like most skincare products, the contents are not filled to the brim of the jar but it should, of course, contain the correct quantity. Speak soon. Petrina

“I bought the exfoliating soap and body lotion. The soap is very luxurious and lathers up creamy, smells so naturally lush! I suffer from patches of eczema in the winter and this has seemed to stop any flare ups. Love the body cream too, light with a fresh scent. Lip scrub is great I use it twice a week and it’s keeping them nice and smooth. Will definitely be back for more from the range. Keep it coming Lucy :) xx”

“I don't normally write reviews but the Lucy Bee range is worth shouting about. Foremost I love your ethics. I bought the cleanser, exfoliator and face cream and have been so impressed with the results. My skin has never felt this hydrated in 36 years. “I have nothing to say about Lucy Bee products, they are great, but the massive and excessive amount of packaging that come with the product is not so great. I understand you need to protect it while it is on the road, but I think I will buy them in supermarket to avoid dealing with those packaging.”

HI, when sending products out via a courier, we are faced with a dilemma. On the one hand, we aim to be as ethical as we can and aware of waste and the environment, and on the other hand, we need to make sure products arrive in one piece. In getting your order from our warehouse to your delivery address, the package(s) is handled numerous times, all of which can have an impact, plus we need to be conscious of protecting the products, whether they are glass, liquids etc. as in this case here. Please know that we do consider very carefully the packaging that we are using for this internet shopping. Petrina
