“I have ordered a few times now from Lucy Bee and every time I have been pleased. Not only are your products fantastic, the service is too. My last delivery was the skincare.. I was so excited to receive this and I was right to as the products are just amazing. Your face after using the scrub and cream is the feeling of a facial. A must have for me from now on 😊xx”

“I recently bought the Lucy Bee lip balm, face cream, body cream and cleansing milk. So far, LOVE all these products. They all smell amazing and work better than I had imagined. I have incredibly sensitive skin and find it hard to find a moisturiser/face cream that don’t irritate my poor skin. Both of these creams work amazingly well and my skin feels so much better for it! Will definitely purchase again in the future.”

“I am really enjoying the lucy bee skincare so far. I bought cleanser, exfoiloiator and the moisturiser. I also bought the body lotion and exfoiloiator. It leaves my skin reeling sort and glowing and biggest proof on how good it is, my daughter "borrowed" the face moisturiser after trying it once and won't give it back so need to buy another one!!”

“Your soaps and presentation box look lovely however I feel £10 for delivery is steep.”

Thank you for your feedback, Denise. We're glad to hear that you are happy with your soaps. With regards to £10 delivery, we are charged £17 by our delivery company so we subsidise some of the cost and pass on what we feel is fair to our customer. We are continuously working on trying to reduce this price but we like to send our parcels tracked in case of any issues. “I feel it’s such a lovely personnal Service. The emails with regards to delivery been a little late due to you been busy, your advice email with regards to the coconut cream I had bought. “I love Lucy Bee! I started with the coconut oil after following Joe Wicks and now I’m completely converted to so many products 👍🏻 I use the oil to cook with and in my hair, I’ve got the salt, pepper and cinnamon powder for cooking and salts for my bath. Delivery is always really quick and I’m kept informed and I love the story behind the company and what they stand for.... what’s not to love? Keep up the good work Lucy Bee and the gang xx”

“I love Lucy Bee 🐝 🥰 I use the coconut oil for cooking, bath oil, moisturiser & for a treatment on my hair as well as a treat for my pugs & to soothe their dry noses. I now buy the huge buckets of it so I never run out. This time I ordered the natural soap & basil exfoliating soap, can’t wait to try it!”

“I absolutely love Lucy bee coconut oil, both the Sri Lankan & the Philippine oil, wonderful quality and so versatile too. I love the fair trade connection, & the fact that no monkeys have been kept in cages and forced to collect the coconuts, which they do in some countries. Thank you for taking time to leave such a helpful review, and we are pleased you love our Coconut Oil as much as we do. By buying Fair Trade we want to properly reward the small local farmers and provide funds for local community projects. Our first shipment helped drill a fresh water well for the local deprived community. Before the well, they had to walk 2 miles to get clean drinking water. Current projects are installing solar panels and solar light bulbs into the one room wooden homes. Future projects involve proper housing and scholarships for kids. Lucy Bee pays a premium for its organic coconuts that goes to the local farmers and local communities for social projects. We then give 0.75% of our sales to the Fair Trade body. Our Fair Trade certification also guarantees that monkeys are NOT used to harvest the coconuts. We could buy the exact same oil for less and not be Fair Trade.
