“My skin felt amazing after using these products however the smell was quite strange I would without a doubt use these products again”

Thank you for your review, Sophie. It's great to hear that you like our cleanser and face cream. We wanted to make sure the products are effective, but also ethical, which means they are - palm oil free, Certified Vegan, COSMOS Organic, and Cruelty Free. The products have no added fragrances to them, so that those with sensitive skin can use them, they have also not been deodorised which means that you still get a hint of the natural aroma. Daisy

“Can’t believe I didn’t try this range earlier! My dull, dark, slightly aged skin is now glowing, bright, blemish/blackhead free AND the BEST part is my dark circles under eye are now disappearing. Lucy & Team - Thank You for creating such a wonderful range. Now on my wish list from LucyBee is: face scrub, mask and body lotion! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to try. Exfoliating soap and Himalayan pink sea salt are also my faves for bath time. Thank you Lucy, you guys are amazing.”

“I ordered 2 boxes of Lucy Bee soaps. One was delivered to my home address and Petrina Grint offered that the other set was delivered to my niece for her birthday. Despite the soaps being delivered earlier than the chosen date, Petrina sent me an apology. Lois was very pleased with the soaps and said that they smelt lovely. I'll be definitely ordering more for Christmas.”

“Really happy with my Lucy Bee skin care products, they make my skin feel clean, fresh and rejuvenated! I like that there is no artificial smell and like the slightly tingling sensation of the dazzling tonic and the lovely calming sensation of the moisturiser. Thank you! 😊”

“Recently purchased a selection of 4 Lucy Bee natural selection soaps. Only started the spearmint and basil exfoliating which smells and lathers beautifully. Excited to try the other 3 the jasmine and cedar wood next 🤗”

“I have to say, I am a sceptical when it comes to skincare brands.. and I have seen reviews already from other customers using Lucy Bee having there skin completely cleared in a week and I have to admit my automatic thought process is that they have just taken their photos say at the time of the month and then a week later when it’s cleared and claimed it to be LB. HOWEVER, I purchased the wholes Lucy bee range and I can honestly say for the first time in my life, (after having a face full of blackheads), I do not even have ONE blackhead left!! Incredible!! I do still have some red spots that seem to be ingrained in me, but I’m sticking with it and hoping they are just more stubborn. PROS: great My main plus from the range is how natural it is and the care, effort and passion that has gone into this to make it like this. I respect LB so much for waiting to release products to ensure they are fair trade and natural rather than pushing them out early for the money. I LOVE how I can use them guilt free, knowing I can recycle all of the packaging once done! CONS: my only negative is that just because there is no fragrance added doesn’t mean it doesn’t have a smell - and it is one that I don’t personally like. It very slightly reminds me of a medicinal ointment smell. However, this is worth it for the pros! And it is mild. Lastly - I have seen many posts stating that the Toner is the item that usually lasts the longest. However, I find that I’m Almost done my toner, yet my cleanser and cream are pretty full. I know I’ve not been using it in excess, a quick turn upside down onto cotton pad, onky placing liquid on the diameter of the bottle. Am I doing something wrong?! Or is it the cotton pad maybe being too absorbant? Any thoughts or recommendations for pads? Thanks again to the LB Team for creating such an amazing range!”

Hi Kirsten, thank you so much for your really detailed review - it means a lot to us and is really helpful too. We're so pleased to hear that you've enjoyed using the skincare range and it has helped your skin - it makes it all worthwhile when we find out it's visibly changed peoples skin for the better. With regards to the fragrance - it is is fragrance free but of course there are odours from the ingredients used in the formulation, so this might be what you can smell. With this range we wanted everyone to be able to use it, so we left out essential oils because a surprising amount of people can be allergic. When using the toner, you don't need a lot - you can either use a cotton pad or put it in your hands and wipe over your face. I hope this helps! Thank you again for leaving your feedback. Georgia

“I recently purchased the Cleansing Cream and the Ylang Ylang soap and the Basil exfoliating soap all are amazing the leather of the soap is great and they smell so good. The cleansing cream followed by the exfoliating soap has really helped my skin it feels smooth and luxurious i will be purchasing more items shortly”

“I ordered two lovely bars of soap and had them delivered to my sister as a surprise. She's been in isolation due to the coronavirus outbreak and she was feeling fed up due to not being able to go out even to the shops. She was so pleased with her present and she said the soap was beautiful. Considering the problems with not having full staff, again due to the coronavirus, both Lucy Bee and the carrier had my order packaged and sent out for delivery very quickly. My contact with Lucy Bee showed them to be very friendly, helpful and efficient.”
