We are so pleased that you are pleased with your coconut oil. With regards to packaging - please understand that we are always doing a balancing act with fragile products. Where we try and protect fragile products but be as environmentally friendly as possible! A customer recently said she was re-using the brown paper for wrapping paper - great idea with Christmas approaching. Jess

“I have purchased many Lucy Bee products some from the supermarkets and I have done two online orders now. I love all the products I have purchased, they are all of a very high quality and lovely. The online ordering is just great. Easy to do, free postage if spending over a certain amount and fast delivery, with the added benefit of choosing an alternative pick up place for your parcel if you are out. Also very pleased about the excellent packaging, all wrapped up securely to avoid breakages. Everything about Lucy Bee is first class. Very happy customer!! *****”

Haha love this - you sound as big a fan as we are! Coconut Oil is so versatile, isn't it and is an ideal replacement for processed oils in cooking. I love using it as a make-up remover, too! Petrina

“Very happy with my products from Lucy Bee and communication re delivery was excellent. I know you guys are really into packaging etc and being recycleable BUT my only comment (not criticism) is that my very small order arrived in a rather large box in proportion to what was inside. Not sure if this is something that can be addressed or not but worth a mention!”

HI Celyn, We really appreciate your feedback, thank you. I totally take your point re the size of the box. We do have a selection of box sizes to cover various order quantities but with limited space in our small warehouse, we're unfortunately, unable to hold every size, so we aim to hold those which are most often used. Hi Jean, Many thanks for your feedback. When sending out orders, we have a bit of a balancing act between being environmentally-friendly with the packaging and, at the same time, making sure your items arrive undamaged. With orders being sent via courier, as ours are, each parcel is handled several times from when it leaves our warehouse, to when it arrives with you. From experience, we need to pack our 5 litre Coconut Oil really well, to avoid it getting damaged/broken during delivery and this is why we've packed this in the way you've seen. We've tried various different ways and this seems to be the most efficient in terms of it getting to customers undamaged. That said, like you, we're conscious of the packing materials involved and are currently awaiting new packaging for the 5 litres, with a purpose built box. Unfortunately, if this was sent without packaging, from what we've seen in the past, this wouldn't survive the journey, I'm afraid. I'm glad you're enjoying using our Coconut Oil and appreciate your thoughts. Petrina
