Hi Anita, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, which is important to us. Our soap bars are all free from palm oil and instead we use our own coconut oil, which produces this wonderful lather as well as moisturising skin, too. We have a selection of 4 soap bars which can be purchased as a set or individually and each bar is a reflection of our company's core values - being as ethical, environmentally-friendly and effective as we can be. These are all certified Vegan, COSMOS Organic, Cruelty Free and Fair Trade and where applicable we use pure, organic essential oils. The packaging is recyclable, including the materials used to send these from our warehouse (even the paper packing tape!) Petrina

Thank you Margaret. We're doing our absolute best to ensure orders get sent out as quickly as possible during this time. We have a small warehouse so Charlie is working there on his own at the moment. We can separately pack orders which just include skincare at another location so this helps to get these off as quickly as possible. We know ourselves how frustrating it is to have to wait (and completely understand why, if this is the case). Petrina

“I have had two samples of each of the face moisturiser & cleanser and they are both amazing. The sample to the moisturiser lasted 4 applications for each and my skin looked so refreshed and felt really soft and hydrated after use. I have also been using the exfoliating spearmint soap which makes my skin feel so soft and it smells amazing! Thank you”

Lucy Bee originally started with cold pressed, Raw Organic Extra Virgins Fair Trade Coconut Oil and thanks the amazing support of our loyal customers, we've grow from there and added to our range tp not only include other grocery items but also an ethical and effective beauty range. Our soaps and skincare products (where applicable) include our Coconut Oil. In our Vegan, palm oil free soaps, the coconut oil creates a wonderfully, rich lather and in our Face Cream and Cleanser it adds its moisturising qualities. Of course, it's also a great replacement for processed oils in cooking and is our go-to oil in the kitchen. We love to hear feedback and thank you for taking the time to share this with us. Petrina

“I’ve never had a proper skin care routine before. I used to just moisturise in the morning and use a scrub on my face once a week. So when I came across Lucy Bee’s skin care range I was intrigued. I had been following her on insta and I loved that fact that it’s small sustainable business that has good core values. After 2 weeks of use I have noticed my skin is softer, cleaner, more radiant and also my pores are a lot more smaller. I am now enjoying the skin care routine everyday and feel like I am properly taking care of my skin now with these products. I would highly recommend Lucy’s range.”

“I absolutely love the skincare products! I have been using the tonic, cleanser and face cream for two weeks. My skin is glowing and my spots have definitely cleared up. I have also noticed that the products have helped with my pigmentation too! Overall amazing products. I am usually so lazy with my skincare routine but because the products are so light and they actually work, I look forward to using them every morning and night! Thanks lucy!”

What a wonderful gift to receive too! All of our soap bars are free from palm oil and are certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, COSMOS Organic and Fair Trade. Made using our coconut oil, they're as ethical as they are effective and can be bought as a collection of 4, or individual bars. I hope you friend loves then as much as we all do! Take care, Petrina
