“I love supporting local business but I also love the planet - I've lived in Hertford for 15 years so finding Lucybee was a local champion really encouraged me to use her products and how amazingly sourced it was for our planet.”

“Hey, I absolutely love the texture and feel of the products on my skin. I was super impressed with the packaging as well, love the fact that they’re all glass. I have annoyingly broken out in a rash under my eyes though, so I’m worried it may be the new product. I’m surprised though, because the ingredients are so natural. Just having a break from it as a result, and will retry in a couple of week, just in case it’s something else. Really love the products though”

As you say, the ingredients are completely natural with no chemicals or nasties so it is surprising that this has happened. It's a good idea to have a break to see what's causing it but hopefully it clears up ASAP. Georgia

“I recently purchased both the face cream and the cleanser after searching tirelessly for products that don't affect my incredibly sensitive skin, bring my newly-diagnosed facial eczema up and also contains no gluten (I know, I don't want much do I?!?!) The cleanser makes my skin feel super clean & even removes my eye make up & the cream makes my skin feel super hydrated & all of my dry patch has almost disappeared after just a week! I'm defiantly going to be adding to my Lucy Bee collection-I've finally found what I've been searching for! Thank you! x”

“This is a Christmas present requested by my daughter who tries to be as eco-friendly as possible. Your packaging and not testing on animals ticks several boxes for her and she has tried some food products before so is confident that your skin products will be just what she is looking for.”

“Having just purchased a selection of products for my wife for Christmas I was rather disappointed when the pacakge arrived plastered in Lucy Bee tape which has totally spoilt the surprise!! Whilst I accept this is part of your marketing a bit of common sense during the Christmas period wouldn’t go a miss. If I’d been aware of this I would of had it delivered elsewhere.”

Hi, sorry to hear you are disappointed. Initially we did have unbranded tape, however this tape was not sturdy enough for our fragile parcels and we needed to find an alternative. We have taken your comments on board and hope you can understand. Jess

“I purchased the cleansing milk and lip scrub and I absolutely love them both! The cleansing milk makes my skin feel so clean and soft and smells lovely. The scrub is perfect for my lips which often become dry during this time of year but this has really helped. I’m just deciding what I should buy next ☺️ Thank you! Michelle”

“I have always been conscious of the ingredients in products I use on my body, so when Lucy Bee released her new products, I jumped at the chance of a sneaky purchase. I have been using the face range for around a week now....WOW. My skin is plumped, feels soft and moisturised and looks fresher. By far the best on the market that I have tried. Eye cream next?!”

“I’m not normally one to write reviews but after just 4 days of using Lucy Bee cleansing milk & face cream (including one application of face exfoliator) my skin feels smoother and better hydrated. Despite having a cold, my natural redness is much calmer. I’m so pleased I’ve tried these products! I’m interested to know if you’ll be developing a face cream which includes an SPF?”

Turmeric is recognised for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and radiance-boosting properties. Our Face Cream does not have SPF because our aim is to keep it natural and with the maximum amount of organic ingredients as possible. Rian.

“I’ve been a long time consumer of coconut oil from Lucy Bee and decided to try out some of the new skincare range and coconut milk. All of these products have been amazing, the coconut oil tastes great and not full of rubbish like other brands. The soap range has also been a wonder for my skin and makes it even more glowing and soft. I’d highly recommend all these products and the Lucy Bee brand as they are an ethically minded and environmentally conscious brand who we should be all doing more to support and champion.”

“Love that all the products are ethical. My only little gripe is that postage is quite expensive, especially if you're only ordering a couple of things.”

Hi Kirsty, thank you for your feedback regarding postage. For most UK addresses we offer free delivery over £25 and £2.99 delivery for £15 or over. Anything under that is a little more expensive, simply because we pass over what we are charged by DPD to send your delivery tracked. When people spend more, Lucy Bee are able to cover a little bit of the postage. However, it is something that we are constantly working on and we hope to reduce all postage costs eventually. Georgia
