Hi Emma, thank you for sharing your great review. It's great to hear you love our Coconut Milk as much as we do! Our Coconut Milk is 99.9% Coconut and has NO ADDED WATER in the ingredients. We are currently the only brand on the UK brand with no added water or fillers, many brands use fillers such as regular water, rice, oats and oil. Our Coconut Milk has a substantial differentiation from the rest of the market and it's like drinking straight out of a Coconut! “Love the LucyBee range. I know you do a lot of efforts to reduce plastic packaging and noticed all the packaging is almost fully recyclable. However it felt like a lot of packaging even if paper and cardboard. I know you are constantly working on this if I believe your social channels but worth highlighting anyways :) Product quality is otherwise great as usual!”

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on this and it’s great to hear that you’re a fan of our range. With regard to packaging of the products, as you say, we aim to be as eco-friendly as we can. When it comes to shipping items, we have something of a balancing act to consider. We need to make sure orders arrive in good condition and without damage, bearing in mind that each parcel is handled several times between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you, and at the same time, we want to be environmentally-friendly. This is why we use recyclable paper and card, rather than plastic bubble wrap and we have a selection of different sized boxed to accommodate orders. Whilst it may seem like a lot of packaging, we need to make sure that items are secure in their box and don’t move around, which can lead to them being damaged. I appreciate your feedback on this. “Love all my products will be ordering again, never used coconut oil for any beautiful reasons but now I have im slightly obsessed!! Love the lip scrub will be trying the cleanser when it comes out!”

“Ordered soaps and got a free tub of bath salts how lovely. I was informed they were given as they were going to go out of date. The thing I like about that is they didn’t get wasted. So many companies just throw things away needlessly. So much better for the environment to gift it to your customers, so thank you Lucy Bee it was really appreciated.”

“Ordered at 11am and by noon the items were on their way. The carriers text me with progress and everything arrived securely packed. I love the Sacha Inchi oil and take it straight off a spoon every morning , it tastes fab and so much easier than those huge supplement tablets! Great service and have already ordered another two bottles Coconut Milk is best I’ve tasted by a mile”
