“I was really impressed by the quality and taste of the products I purchased. I recently placed my second order and tried some of the new skincare range. I received free delivery and all of my products were packaged beautifully to avoid breakages. I also liked the personal touch of sending me an email with some top tips and recipes for the product I'd purchased!”

“I love the glass bottles that all the products come in & the pump mechanisms means you don't use too much at once so it all lasts longer. I felt very guilty recycling all the beautiful cardboard packaging as soon as it arrived - it's a pity it can't be returned/reused somehow or be dispatched without it but I'm guessing that's not possible with glass. I love the principles & ethics behind the brand - very impressive!”

Hi Allyson, thank you for your review - we are pleased to hear you are enjoying your skincare items! Thank you for your feedback re: packaging. Yes, because the bottles are glass we need to place them inside the boxes to be secure. But thank you for thinking of the environment :) The carton in which this is packaged is FSC certified and carries their logo - FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) improves how the world’s forests are managed. The card inner and carton are recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. Where we use tissue paper with your order, this is FSC acid free, recycled paper from sustainable sources. It is biodegradable and the dye is water-based. Many thanks, Rian x

I did wish to ask if you will be stocking your delicious organic cinnamon powder again ? I could not find it listed and have used this for a long time now in my organic raw cacao drinks.”

“Absolutely love these products. The Coconut Cream makes dreamy coconut milk but careful of the calories! The coconut oil is not overly flavoured and good quality. One negative would be the packaging. Each jar was packaged in an individual, quite chunky box (which was also labelled as coconut oil which it wasn't) which was pretty OTT. Would have been better in reduced quantity and more recycling friendly packaging.”

We have experienced jars getting damaged in transit, especially during this cold weather we have found that jars were arriving to customers cracked. To avoid this, they are packed in the Coconut Oil packaging. “Honestly the best beauty product I’ve ever used! I love it! It does a really good job of exfoliating but my skin feels completely moisturised afterwards. Love it!!!!”

“I have so many Lucy bee products and absolutely love them all! My kitchen is full of all her cooking products and my bathroom is now full of the skincare selection which is absolutely amazing! My skin has always been prone to breakouts, especially in the winter however this winter I have to say my skin is amazing. I use the cleaner and moisturiser every day and the exfoliator twice a week and it’s made such a difference.”

“Absolutely love Lucy Bee!! Love that all the packaging is recyclable and there’s no plastic in sight. Cannot rave about the products enough! I’ve been using the coconut oil for a few years now- so versatile. I use it to cook but also as a face moisturiser. I’ve purchased the Beauty book in the past and can not wait to have a nice pamper with organic oil I know has been made fairly through the fair trade program. I think Lucy Bee is an amazing, ethical and stustainable product which I will certainly be buying for life now!”

“Hi Lucy, I'm in love with your products! Especially the face cream and exfoliator. I'm already noticing results as my face is glowing and has drastically reduced the number of little spots I had here and there. I missed out on the body exfoliator in my first order and have my eye on it for when it comes out again!”
