“Lovely products as always. Speedy service. Well packaged. I have ordered Lucy bee from other places and my purchase has arrived in tatters. Lesson learnt I will only be ordering from Lucy bee in future. Delivery cost is an issue but at least my order arrived swiftly and intact, with a text to let me know the hour slot of arrival. Excellent service.”

With regard to delivery costs, we want to be as fair as we possibly can - we're charged for every delivery, regardless of the order value and on larger value orders we can either fund part or all of this but it's, unfortunately, not possible to do this on those orders under £15. We aim to make our packing as eco-friendly as possible, while making sure your order arrives in good condition and it's great to get feedback like this from you. Thanks. Petrina

Thank you for sharing this, it's great to hear that you support our Fair Trade ethos. The beauty of FairTSA (who certify our products), is that it's the actual workers who produce each product are the people who benefit, rather than funds going into a large pot and being spread across different areas. “Love the products that I bought online. I’m a bit disappointed with the creamed coconut fair trade organic I’ve got which I bought in Sainsbury’s. Unlike other organic coconut when I use it to cook it doesn’t melt, it burns and so I simply can’t use it for cooking. I’ve previously used the standard Lucy Bee coconut and haven’t had a problem but couldn’t find it today in supermarket so went back to trusted vita coco one.”

Hi Armanda, I wonder if you're confusing the use of Creamed Coconut and Coconut Oil. Creamed Coconut is pureed coconut flesh and naturally contains a little oil. It is not recommended for frying and instead is used to make coconut milk; add to sauces and curries for a creamy texture; used in cakes and bakes. On the other hand, Coconut Oil is the perfect replacement to processed oils in cooking, including frying. I hope this helps and if you have any queries, please do get in touch at info@lucybee.com

“This was the first time I placed an order with Lucy Bee, I’d heard about the good quality products and wanted to try them. Here was a slight error in my order (cinnamon instead of Himalayan salt), the packaging is almost identical - I emailed and got my slay within 24 hours and got to keep the cinnamon. The lady was very nice and helpful and I’m looking forward to trying more of the range. Great delivery time and customer care.”

HI Adelene , Thank you for this. All orders made before midday (Monday to Friday) are sent out the same day - unless it's a Bank Holiday. We use DPD for next working day delivery and this is a fully trackable service too, and DPD email or text you with a 1 hour time slot for delivery, which is really useful. The only exception to this is for deliveries to N>Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and certain Sottish postcodes, where we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Our delivery page on the website has full details of this. Petrina
