“Amazing!! Order only took a couple of days to arrive and I was kept up to speed with where it was via a couple of emails. Arrived beautifully packed. The soap smells amazing and is lovely to use - only comment would be that it does leave a sort of sticky feeling in your hands? Maybe that’s just me - I don’t know 😉 The lip scrub is gorgeous and my lips feel amazing after only a couple of uses. Have followed Lucy for a while on social media and this was my first purchase - it def won’t be my last. Absolutely love the products, have recommended to friends, and am keen to try other products in the range. Thank you so much xxx”

“Absolutey love the soap. I have sensitive skin and this is perfect for me. I literally don’t use anything else now I even wash my hair with it. The soap lathers up very well and leaves you skin feeling soft and silky. The lip balm is also wonderful. All this comes in a lovely presentation box. Worth every single penny. I will definitely be buying more. Thank you Lucy Bee.”

“I love the Lucy Bee products and the coconut oil, on particular, is the only brand that I buy. The creamed coconut is a fantastic product that is so useful to have in the kitchen, it's so easy to use and much more economical than buying an equivalent quality coconut milk in a tin.”

“I know everyone says this, but I really don't ever leave reviews. It's been almost a week of using the cleanser and so far I'm extremely happy. My skin, although not yet completely clear, is looking so much better already and I haven't had any new spots emerge. I'm feeling very confident and hopeful that another week and my skin may be almost completely clear. I absolutely love the smell of the cleanser which is a big positive bonus. The only thing that is taking a little time to get used to, is the fact that it doesn't lather. Every day, twice a day I keep expecting it to lather, lol. I will get used to it eventually though. I'm also a little unsure of exactly how many pumps to use. I've been using about 5 but not sure if that's too little or too much. I would hate to think that I'm wasting some but also want to get the full effect. Extremely happy with my cleanser overall! Thank you Lucy!! X”

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a positive review. We are glad to hear the Cleansing Milk is helping your skin. We are all different, but I personally use 2-3 pumps and rub into my face and neck, and then if i'm wearing makeup I may then repeat with another couple of pumps. “Really good products. I enjoy buying a lot variety. Only downside would be I wish you could continue doing the cinnamon power which I can’t seem to find on the webpage!”

“My package was so quick to be delivered, even over the Christmas period. Very pleased and impressed with my products! I have a nut allergy and wondered whether you’d look at making some of your skin care products (moisturiser/exfoliator) without the use of almond milk?!”

“Every winter I develop sore, sensitive, dry and red skin around my eyes and every year I try so many products without success. I have been using Lucy Bee Cleansing milk and face cream for a week and it has made so much difference. Thank you!”

“Great products but biggest downfall is charging £10 for delivery to the Highlands of Scotland . A lot of websites I order from are free p&p I felt this was a bit ridiculous”

Whilst we fully appreciate the frustration regarding the delivery charge, I'd like to explain the reason for this.......We are actually charged £17 to deliver this (we only ever use a tracked service, for obvious reasons) and we realise that this is expensive so rather than pass the delivery fee on in full, we pay for £7 of it. We feel that this is very fair and assure you that we are looking to find a less expensive alternative, though this needs to still be a tracked service. Petrina

“Love the products . Started using extra virgin oil in my hair on my face and feet what a difference all round. Take my Sacha Inchi every day straight off the spoon it’s lovely . Mix a little with 80% choc for trail mix bites lovely .”

“Exceptional customer service and super fast delivery, especially given that my order was placed in between Christmas and New Year. The products themselves are brilliant and have used all in my cooking and baking so far. The fact Lucy also gives us access to recipes to try using her products is another bonus. I also like the ethics of this company too.”

“Started using the cleansing cream and its lovely. Great smell and had kept my skin clear so far. Bought the bath salts for my other half and he's used them all up in the days!! Helped with his dryskin conditions.”

Hi Kate, we are so pleased you are enjoying using the Cleansing Milk. I find removing my makeup using the Cleansing Milk so easy. Also it's great to hear your other half likes the bath salts. The skin is the body’s biggest organ and whatever we put on to it is absorbed into it. So, it makes sense to use natural, mineral-rich products. The Dead Sea Bath Salt is healing for skin conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema. Rian.
