“I love Lucy bee, all the products are fantastic. My favourites are cacao, coconut oil, cinnamon and coconut milk is beautiful, I've bought a soap for my mum for Christmas so I'm looking forward to trying that! I love to follow Lucy on Instagram to see how involved she is in the business. She does seem a genuinely caring person who I am always happy to buy these lovely products from.”

“I am very impressed with the quality of the coconut oil and the service received for Lucy Bee. My order was somehow damaged on delivery but after a call to a very understanding member of the Lucy Bee team I received the very next day a replacement pot of coconut oil. Now that's service for you! The oil from the broken pot is being very much enjoyed by my pets so everybody's happy. We'll be back for more! A very Merry Xmas and Happy Year to all the great folks at Lucy Bee.”

“I want to do a review of the packaging my order arrived in - out the box review. My order arrived a used box. Perfectly fit for perpose. Instead of bubble wrap it came stuffed with brown paper. PERFECT! An ethical business throughout. I appreciated this as I’m trying to be plastic free and mindful of what I am using. I’ve reused the brown paper to wrap some of my Christmas presents. Loving the products too. X”

Sometimes we have to use a fair bit of brown paper to make sure your products get to you in one piece, so it's great to hear that you are using yours to wrap some presents! We might steal that idea! “Order arrived really quickly even though advised there would be delays due to high volume of orders. Accidentally paid twice and this was rectified immediately and the money back in my account in good time. Products are packaged great and you get a lot more than I was expecting! Very happy.”

“I’ve used Lucy bee coconut oil for years (can’t live without it!) but decided to try out some of the other products available to see if they would help me as much as the oil has (I’ve had an awful rash on my arms for years and now I can wear a short sleeved top without feeling like everyone is looking at my arms!) I’ve only been using them for a few days but can quickly see these will be a staple too! I can’t fault Lucy Bee as a company, the delivery was super speedy and in the cutest RECYCLABLE packaging, I love what they stand for and I love that Lucy herself takes the time to write back if you do contact her about the product! Thank you!!”

“I rarely write reviews but very impressed with ethics and products. I always purchase coconut oil from Lucy Bee as it not only is organic and fair trade but tastes great and is in a glass jar. I also have bought creamed coconut, cinnamon, turmeric and recently coconut milk. The latter is a revelation and I will be buying regularly. It tastes amazing!!! I don't want to use cows milk and this is lovely on its own, in porridge, coffee etc. Well done!”

“I recently made an order of the bath salts which arrived on time, however, one of the boxes of bath salts was damaged and had leaked out into the bigger box. I contacted Lucy Bee immediately following instructions on invoice, attaching a photo as proof. The reply was immediate and a replacement box of bath salts were sent the next day with an apology. Excellent service, would expect nothing less from Lucy Bee.”
