Thank you Janet! It's important to us that our products are as effective as they are ethical and this includes the ingredients and packaging too. We're a small, family business and always respond to queries as quickly as we can, as we know how frustrating it is when waiting for a reply! When ordered on their own, we send the samples out by Royal Mail first class and it's free delivery - they're a great way to try the products first. Take care, Petrina

The range has been dermatologically approved for sensitive skin and we've had amazing feedback from customers with all skin types from very oily to very dry but we do understand that we're all different and that it may not be the same experience for everyone. “Since Lucy released her skincare range I’ve been wanting to get my hands on it and now I have I am not disappointed, I used to have very dry skin that was tight when I got out of the shower the Lucy Bee moisturiser is unctuous and delivers an intense hit of moisture that leaves my skin feeling plumped I love it 🤍”

“Radiance face cream is great. An all natural cream so not irritation at all and has really calmed down a flare up of acne. Wasn’t sure on the smell at first but got used to it very quickly. Great product, highly recommend.”

“I workout at odd times so I don’t get to wash my face when it probably needs it the most so I have breakouts on my forehead and nose. Nothing helped.. until now... my forehead cleared up within days, nose is looking better then ever and I actually took a selfie today which is something I never do! Very happy.”

“I ordered the tester pack for the face creams and it never arrived despite my card being charged. I emailed you to try to get infomration about my delivery and you did not reply.”

This is great to hear, Barry. Thank you. We always aim to be as efficient as we can and stick to our core values of ethical and environmentally-friendly, effective products. We use UPS tracked delivery to send orders out from our warehouse and use recyclable packing materials to do this (including the packing tape!). Petrina
