“My go to company for cacao and cinnamon. I've tried others but they just don't compare in quality and taste. New packaging is a step in the right direction and the service is excellent as usual.”

Our powders are 100% natural and have no added preservatives, maintaining their natural benefits. We have completely repackaged our powders to use FSC cartons as we found our old style rubs weren't as eco-friendly as we would have liked. “Firstly I NEVER write reviews, but felt compelled to leave one for the Lucy Bee soaps. They are AMAZING! They are creamy and leave my skin feeling soft and healthy. Very impressed! I will certainly be trying out the other products too!”

“East website to use and great selection of products Could be good for the package to remain plastic free also, but I did notice the effort had been made to keep it to a minimum”

Thank you for sharing, Steven. We are very passionate about minimising the use of plastic at Lucy Bee and avoid it wherever possible. We have recently pulled apart our packaging and completely repackaged our powder range as we found the old style tubs weren't as eco-friendly as we would have liked them to be. “As usual, both the service and dispatch time were excellent on my purchase of creamed coconut. I use this wonderful product in my coffee every morning in place of milk; the resulting beverege is delicious! Then I re-use the jar to store nuts or dried fruit, etc.. Bonus!”

“I absolutely love the Lucy Bee soaps I purchased, I bought the box of four different bars initially & my favourite is the 100% coconut oil. It is creamy & lathers really well & doesn't leave my skin dry or with that squeaky after soap feel. I use it for stand up washes & in the shower, & have just bought another 5 bars. I won’t be going back to shower gel. I don’t mind the plastic wrap, but hopefully Lucy will find an alternative soon. I also use the Coconut oil, Cacao, Cinnamon & Turmeric. Lucy Bee has fantastic products, great instagram & I will continue to purchase & spread the love for Lucy Bee!”

HI, We're really sorry that you didn't receive the service that we always aim to deliver. Having checked your order, it seems that Parcel Force twice attempted to deliver your order, and then it was held at your local post office for 10 days for collection, before being returned to us, three weeks after it was sent out. We use this tracked service so that you are kept informed throughout the delivery and I apologise on behalf of Parcel Force if you did not receive these text updates. Similarly, apologies that you did not receive an update from us when your order was returned - this is something which we usually do and I am sorry that this was not the case here. If you ever have an issue with an order, please do let us know either by phone or email so that we can look into it for you and sort it out. Take care, Petrina

“The products are really good with high quality as usual. However I was disappointed with the delivery company because they didn’t deliver it in the exact date. They first canceled my delivery and they said there is an error on the address, and when I contacted them on the next day they said it’ll be delivered tomorrow (I have told them if they come and couldn’t reach me they can leave my order on the mail box area as amazon always did), after few minutes I received a message stated that: the driver didn’t find me and they left it in a post office which was a bit far from my house.”

Thank you for sharing your brilliant review. Our Coconut Milk is 99.9% Coconut and has NO ADDED WATER or fillers in the ingredients. Many well known brands use fillers such as oats, rice, regular water and oil, with a very low Coconut % which gives the product an artificial taste. Our Coconut Milk is also "#1 Ethical Best Buy" as voted by the Ethical consumer.
