HI Adelene , Thank you for this. All orders made before midday (Monday to Friday) are sent out the same day - unless it's a Bank Holiday. We use DPD for next working day delivery and this is a fully trackable service too, and DPD email or text you with a 1 hour time slot for delivery, which is really useful. The only exception to this is for deliveries to N>Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and certain Sottish postcodes, where we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. Our delivery page on the website has full details of this. Petrina

“I love Lucy Bee. The coconut oil is such hugh quality and I use it to cook with and on my hair, face and body. It comes from an ethical source and I love the fact it is a family run business. Their ethics and charitable giving are a huge plus for me. They go the extra mile to provide value, quality and service on all they do. And their recipes videos are great...check them out and get inspired!”
