“This product is beautiful absolutely amazing on my skin I have all three products and as a person with very sensitive skin all new products give me spots this has done the opposite and made my skin beautiful cleansed soft and very plumped looking just very fresh that’s the only way I can describe it. Thank you for all the hard work you have put in. I’m ditching all other creams!! Looking forward to the future products. I’ve also been a Lucy bee fan!!!”

Thank you for your great support Zara-Jane, we really appreciate it. We're very proud of our skincare range which is completely free from palm oil and its derivatives. In addition, the range is certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, and COSMOS Organic. Not only is it ethical but it's effective too! As well as having the best ingredients for the range, we've also used environmentally-friendly packaging which is all recyclable - this includes the packaging that we use to ship products to you, even the paper packing tape. “I love the skincare range I’ve noticed a difference in the last few days I’ve started to use it !! Love the soap also I had it for Christmas and had to order another bar as I liked it that much!! Thank you for doing some lovely products :)”

Hi Becky, thank you so much for sharing this review! We are so happy to hear that you like the Face Cream. You're right about those ingredients - we see the cream as an antioxidant powerhouse with vitamin E and apricot oil to help repair and rejuvenate al skin types! In regard to the scent, we haven't added any fragrance as so many people these days react to fragrances. Also, we haven't deodorised the ingredients either so that scent is a hint of the natural aroma of the ingredients and this is perfectly normal. Keep your eyes peeled though as we are looking into adding fragrance options in the future. Thank you again for sharing your feedback, we really appreciate it! Joel

“What lovely products. Speedy delivery too. The face cream is great and blends in quickly so you can apply makeup over it. The soap has such a delicious scent and lathers up brilliantly. I will definitely be purchasing more products from this great company.”

“Been using the tonic for just over a week. So far I really like it. I think it does a great job of keeping skin hydrated and smoothing skin. It is really fresh and not oily at all. It's been a great base after cleansing and before I moisture. I also think it's helping reduce some open pores I have a tendency to get. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!”

“I have used so many skin care brands (some ridiculously expensive) and none of them did anything for my dry skin, some dried it out more. For the first time in years my face feels nourished, I have no dry skin and the morning and night time routine is quick. I am so happy. Can you bring out an eye cream next ; )”

“I cannot believe how amazing these products are. I’ve always had dry but oily skin. The products are just magic, providing just the right amount of moisture without feeling at all greasy. The face wash feels really luxurious and leaves your face feeling really moisturised. The tonic is nice an refreshing and doesn’t sting at all. The moisturiser is brilliant at locking in the moisture and provides a great base for make up. I’ve never come across products this good. It’s amazing and I certainly will be sticking with them now. “Fabulous natural products and super hydrating!! I can tell the products are really kind to my skin and there’s no irritation or redness at all even when removing eye makeup. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I feel like I need a lot of the cleanser to thoroughly remove my makeup and so I’m going to go through it really quickly, a bigger tube option would be better.”

In regards to the size of the product, we believe the cleanser should last between 2 to 3 months / 80 applications, depending on how much is used each go. “Lucy Bee I cannot recommend enough. Not only are her products vegan, cruelty free but they smell divine and work so well. I have bought vegan products before and found although ethical, they do not work well as a product. That is not the case with lucy bee - her soaps foam up and oh my life the jasmine and ylang ylang smells unreal - its like a spa scent in a soap! I use them as hand wash, body wash and the pure coconut natural one I even use as a stain remover (it works amazingly for this). They also remove grease from your hands great thanks to the coconut oil base. The scrub peppermint soap was amazing for my holiday - it kept my tan strong, removed dead skin gently and again smelt divine. It also stopped me from having to carry a scrub in a liquid form that could leak in my case. Delivery was super speedy and the packaging was all recyclable and I even got a nice surprise of a free cocoa powder with my order. Every single order I have placed has not disappointed, this is a company that cares about its products, results and customers.”
