“I'm new to Lucy bee shop but ordered loads already. Really great place to shop helpful people great prices great delivery. I've not done any returns or refunds yet happy with everything. The only thing I'm waiting for now is to try the beauty products to come. Thankyou so much so happy I found you.”

“I wanted to buy the face cream for my daughter but couldn't find it on the website, it would have been useful if an explanation had been put on to explain you were chanaging suppliers. Very friendly and helpful when l telephoned and efficient when l ordered a gift voucher.”

“Superb service. Was concerned about products being sent to France but all went smoothly and Petrina at Lucy Bee kept an eye on delivery process perfectly. All arrived in excellent condition and I am so thrilled to have Lucybee products to use here. We always come by plane for our holidays so don’t have space in our cases for sugar and flour etc. (I gave friends jars of coconut oil for Xmas presents). Thank you Lucybee.”

HI Gillian, Soap bars are definitely back in fashion! We worked hard with our range to make sure they are all palm oil free and create a wonderfully rich lather, leaving skin clean and moisturised. We are thrilled that at the recent 2019 Free From Skincare Awards, our Fragrance Free won Gold, and Spearmint Basil and Clove Exfoliating Soap won Silver. All four soaps are certified Vegan, Cruelty Free, Fair Trade and COSMOS Organic and are an ethical Best Buy as voted by The Ethical Consumer Magazine. Petrina

“Every delivery from Lucy Bee feels like a treat. Knowing that I am making a purchase from a company with strong ethics and a personal approach makes the entire buying experience a positive one. None of this would be significant if the products were not good - but they are fabulous and I am looking forward to giving some as Festive gifts and introducing more of my friends and loved ones to these excellent products. Delivery times have been fine and the prices reasonable. Customer Services experiences have been prompt, helpful and friendly. I will continue to shop with Lucy Bee and encourage others to do the same.”

“I have absolutely loved all the Lucy Bee products I've tried so far. The bulk buys make it such great value and the ethical standards of the company are impressive. Delivery is fast and on the couple of occasions I've needed to contact customer services with questions, I've received an almost immediate reply. I wish all companies were like this to deal with!”

HI Dominique, We're sorry that you had an issue with your delivery and are glad to hear that we were able to resolve it quickly. We use UPS tracked delivery service and whilst 99% of the time, orders arrive as they should, occasionally issues do arise. Obviously we wish this was 100% success but we work closely with UPS to avoid errors and to sort out any issues as efficiently as possible. “This is the best soap for sensitive skin. When using it doesn’t go ‘soggy’ but stays firm to the end and it lathers beautifully too. It’s not the cheapest soap but well worth the price as I use it as a face and body wash which means I’ve reduced my plastic purchases too. To reduce the cost slightly I wait for the discount offers and then buy a box of 4 which lasts for about 6 months, if you are signed up for emails you get notified of offers too which is useful.”

“I love all Lucy Bee products. As I can’t eat starch it’s impossible to find many alternative milks that don’t contain rice and thickeners. I now carry my Lucy Bee around with me everywhere I go so that I can add to teas and coffees. The blends are fantastic and the recipes are delicious too. I use the products daily. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Lucy.”
